We highly recommend this property. It’s spacious, the kitchen has everything you’ll need, there is ample closet and drawer space to fully unpack, the living room and patio have a gorgeous view of the dune and the beach (picturesque daily sunrises!), the pool is just seconds away and the beach is a mere 5 minute walk from this unit, the host Kim was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We loved everything about it!

Kim's unit was very well appointed and has very nice furniture and bedding. It's even better than it appeared in the photos. Very clean and well supplied. I had a few questions beforehand and Kim was very responsive. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

This was a lovely condo and very spacious. The guest room and bathroom looked great and bathroom could be accessed directly from the bedroom as well as the hall. The master bedroom and bath were very nice. You can see the ocean and sunrise from the deck. We would definitely go back!

Relaxing

As always, it was a beautiful place to stay. It’s always so relaxing to come and enjoy such a beautiful condo where everything is provided. I love staying here and the kids look forward to our trip every year.

Nice stay

With my mother having mobility issues this was a great place to stay. First floor convenient to pool and beach, near by thrash chute and accessible for my mother for wheel chair and Walker access. Would stay again.

Once again we had an amazing time. We really had so much fun. Playing games on the patio, sunbathing with a breeze by the lagoon, cocktails by the pool and a just a short walk to enjoy reading at the pavilion or beach.

Fall Break

We really enjoyed our stay in St Augustine. This was our 17th year visiting St Augustine and one of the best. The condominium was very nice, clean, and location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!!!
