We do have a private dock for your boat.

Take a break from the city bustle & treat yourself to a waterfront getaway at premier, crystal clear Round Lake in Hayward! This 4 season luxury cabin is suitable for 9 guests.. Spacious 3 bedrooms (loft on second floor), with two full baths. This vacation getaway boasts a southern-facing view; with a large deck, steps away from your private dock. Fish for walleye, muskie, northern pike, bass or pan fish, or rent a pontoon and enjoy the surrounding beauty of the Northwoods. Minutes away from downtown Hayward. In a condo setting, which includes a fire pit, play ground, tennis/basket ball, volleyball courts and a playground. Access to a small public beach.

We have new mattresses, new leather couch set, including bed sheets and pillows. Our kitchen is fully stocked with new cooking pots and pans. Keurig coffee maker. With complimentary pods and tea. And a regular coffee maker, and tea kettle. Our kitchen includes, dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, blender, slow cooker pans and Dutch oven, toaster and an outside grill and grill utensils. We have a fish house for freshly caught fish.

The cabin includes a fireplace with all your entertainment needs! Including a smart tv. complimentary Wi-Fi, and streaming services this includes, complimentary APPS. OFF SITE TRAILER PARKING,…AND AFTER LABOR DAY ON SITE PARKING.

Family ice fishing trip

We had our family ice fishing trip this past weekend and had a great time. The location is beautiful and the cabin is amazing. I think I was most happy with the comfy beds…I’ve stayed at other places on the lake and the beds were less than comfy. Very happy with the kitchen amenities as well. All around great place and Liz was super easy to communicate with. For fishing, we did catch northern pike and perch right out from the cabin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Girls Weekend

2nd time at this property, and love how well appointed, stocked and furnished it is. There hasn’t been a single thing I needed in the kitchen that wasn’t available. Comfortable beds, cozy and clean.

Lovely cabin on a clear lake!

Cabin and views were lovely. The lake was so clear and we thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and swimming off the dock in spite of cooler weather. Cabin is super well stocked and layout suited our multigenerational family of 5 very well. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Home & Location!!!!

This home is fantastic!!! We were so lucky to have found this treasure. The location is wonderful - the lake is clear with sandy bottom...beautiful. Great to watch the sun rise on the deck and sitting on the pier we could watch the sun go down as well. The home was stocked with absolutely anything you could possibly need for meal prep. The host was fantastic responding quickly when I reached out. We will definitely be back! If you are an off road biker the trails are close and a great ride. Pickleball on the grounds was great fun too.

Wonderful cabin on beautiful lake

We enjoyed our late August stay at this property. Very well maintained property, clean, and fully stocked with everything. Liz was extremely responsive and enjoyable to work with. We will be rebooking for next summer.

Great cabin

Nice space and access to the lake. If the cabin were more private it would have been 5 stars for neighborhood instead of 4. Neighbors were walking in front of cabin towards lake view each day.

As advertised.

Enjoyed the house and deck and surrounding area. Place was clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen items to use. Bathrooms were clean and neat. Down stairs Queen bedroom is pretty small, no dressers or closet to use for clothes. Kids room was nice, but again no dresser or closet.Upstairs bedroom is spacious, but again no dressers or closet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of coves and pillows. Had a fun time, enjoyed the clear lake water, tubing and fishing and kayaking. Never did find the gym. Play area is nice for the kids. Enjoyed the fire pit. Beach is small and about 1/4 mile walk away.

Clean and comfortable

Overall the cleanest cabin I've ever stayed in. Nice comfortable couches and beds. Host was incredibly responsive when we had a small need of repairs and sent out a handyman right away. Excellent and seamless check in process.

Cabin at Round Lake

Spacious and clean cabin in a remote/quiet location yet very close to activities. Other reviewers have mentioned that neighbors are close due to being a condo setting - we really didn’t feel that way or at least not that they were too close for us to enjoy it. It was very quiet and those we encountered were friendly, plenty of room to park a truck and a mid sized SUV. Not much of a back yard however there is a nice shared yard area with playground equipment (nice for busy kiddos!!) and bball/tennis court. The dock was nice for fishing. Deck furniture was nice but lots of spider webs and leaves/tree debris so we didn’t sit out there, we did however use the grill which was great to have. Internet worked well and streaming services were a plus. We could only find 3 washcloths and there were 5 of us that stayed there - so that made things a little interesting - just something to keep in mind for future guests. Plenty of towels and bedding though and beds were comfortable. Otherwise as other reviewers would have said, Liz is very responsive and thorough - she really did think of everything. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Girl’s Weekend Getaway

I had the privilege of cooking, waiting on, and spoiling my Daughters and their friends for Girl’s Weekend! Liz knows exactly what guests want/need while on vacation and it shows in the amenities and details from the toiletries, plush towels, comfy beds, to life jackets and kayaks to enjoy the crystal clear water of Round Lake. The Timberlane Cabin is spacious, Beautifully decorated, and has every amenity you need to have an Amazing vacation or getaway! The Girls had an Amazingly Fun Girl’s Weekend!!! Thank you Liz! Log home at the lake

Great location on Round Lake ! Host was great to work with ! We really enjoyed our stay ! The kitchen had everything we needed - dishes were nice and pots and pans new! We did have very hard time reaching the glasses that were all high up on the 3 rd shelf! Im 5’5”” and spouse 5’11””! Would be nice to have brighter lighting for downstairs bedrooms and another nightstand and dresser for clothes. Had to live out of suitcases and we enjoy unpacking and having a place to unpack. Host is lovely and we would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Perfect vacation

We loved our week at the cabin on Round Lake! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, the lake was ideal for swimming and kayaking. We took advantage of the pickleball court right outside our door and the deck was great for lazy afternoons reading. Ideal location so close to Hayward too.

Nice location on Round Lake

Nice location, cute cabin. We were quite surprised how close the neighboring cabins are, but it was pretty quiet and peaceful our entire stay, which we appreciated. Lots of overgrowth blocking the view of the lake, more so than pictured. Trees need some base trimming and we could have seen more of the lake and would have used the deck a lot more. Towels were soft, bedding comfortable. Lighting was really dark in bedrooms and bathrooms, but dishes, kitchens, surfaces were all nice and clean. There was a blue kayak on the beach that we weren’t sure belonged to the property or not, it looked like it may have washed up (was not upside down) so we weren’t sure if it was ours to use or not (maybe last renters left it there?). We did notice two other kayaks on the side of the cabin but we rented a pontoon so didn’t use them. We appreciated Liz’s suggestion to rent at Round Lake Marina. Not crazy about the dog that runs around off-leash, as we have a family member afraid of large dogs, but it wasn’t a big deal. Nice swimming, kids had fun even though we had chilly weather for July. Some small smooth rocks right up by the shore, then it was sandy and no visible weeds. Caught several fish off the dock! Would stay again.

Perfect up north cabin on a lake experience

It’s a beautiful location on big round lake with a great deck and dock. Plenty of space in the cabin to relax, play games and eat. Very clean. Very up north cabin look.

Beautiful Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swimming, pickle all, bonfire, swing set, tennis, volleyball. You have it all here! Liz was also fantastic to deal with. The loft is spacious with it’s own bathroom and 2 queen beds that had a closed off wall and door. This worked very well for 2 families to have their own space and sleep great! The amenities can’t be beat. I don’t think I’ve seen a more well stocked rental. The only downfall is if you do plan to bring a boat there is no on site parking for your trailer, but Liz had a place for you to park it but it’s a bit far. We managed and it ended up working out just fine. Just don’t try to bring the trailer into the association as it is very difficult to back out as there is no room to turn around. Other than that, A+ stay. The lake is beautiful and the water is nice and clean.
