Place was very clean, had everything we needed. They had plenty of bathroom products and towels for everyone! The balcony we sat on every morning and was perfect!

Beautiful home with great layout and amazing mattresses! We had to request some additional cleaning but the management company was very quick to respond and rectify, I just wish the unit had better pans. We love to cook and the pans were terrible. Overall we had a fabulous stay!

The unit was amazing!Very clean and fantastic location.If there were any issues we were able to get answers almost immediately.Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler!We would definitely go back.

A Perfect Wedding!

My family and friends were visiting for my wedding and couldnt of had a better time. This property was beautiful and very well maintained. The wedding was at shipwrecks beach which was minutes away from the property. We would definately stay again!

Fantastic experience

We brought our young adult children and their friends/partners on this trip to Kauai. The unit and entire property far exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean with modern amenities and extremely comfortable beds. The location was very conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would absolutely refer friends and family and would enjoy going back myself! We very much enjoyed our time.

Great place, couldn’t have asked for more

This unit at Pili Mai was fantastic. It was our 3rd trip to the island and 2nd to Pili Mai. It is extremely spacious, and has everything you need and more. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, and garage is full of beach gear for the entire family. Our family of 7 including 4 kids enjoyed every moment and could not have asked for more. Only a few minutes from everything you want on the south shore.

Excellent location, beautiful condo, very expensive

This condo made for an awesome family vacation. It is in an excellent location, 5 min drive anywhere in Poipu. The condo is a short walk to the pool area and grilling area. The condo itself is clean, quality and loaded with everything you need. The managment team was attentive, helpful and friendly. The major con is the price. For us, it was very expensive. I wish you didn't have to pay so much for quality on the island.

Overall check in and out was easy. Minimal utensils in kitchen but sufficient. I recommend better lighting outside so guest can see house numbers better. Diverter valve on upstairs shower wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal but it should be repaired or replaced.

Beautifully decorated, clean home!

Super clean home with furniture that is both attractive and comfortable. (twin bedroom is larger than it looks in photos) The back porch is lovely, albeit without much of a view. Community pool and grills are nearby. Parking for one car in garage. My one negative was the lack of some items in the kitchen....no fruit squeezer for island cocktails, not enough spoons for the group, no large bowl or pitcher etc. It didn't, however, stop us from enjoying this great property!

NO access to Poipu Athletics Club as listed.

We sent an email with a screen shot of the listing showing access to the Poipu Athletics Club. We NEVER received a reply. it was disappointing as we SELECTED a unit WITH ACCESS. The coffee pot is broken. It just make a mess and no coffee. The outdoor hose is broken. Hard to clean up after going to the beach. The washer/dryer need some deep cleaning. Other places we have traveled too have signs to keep the washer door open to avoid mold. I have front loaders too and understand the extra maintenance . The location and the rest of the unit was great.

To start, this property DOES include Poipu Beach Athletic Club use. You were registered and had full access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. We're not sure if you sent your messages to the wrong email address or reached out to the wrong management company as we just double checked everything on our end and we did not receive anything from you letting us know that you had issues. Thank you for letting us know there is an issue with the coffee pot as we had not received any previous feedback about there being an issue with the coffee maker. We will look at the outdoor hose and please know that we do make every effort possible to keep the washer doors open when they are not in use. We also clean them on a regular basis. It's very challenging as a property manager to receive feedback like this after the fact when nothing was communicated to us while the guest was in house with us. Ultimately we want every guest to have an amazing time and we pride ourselves on being available seven days a week from 7am - 11pm at 877GOKAUAI. Mahalo, Kauai Exclusive Management

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable for our family of 8. We enjoyed using the pool and it was an added bonus to be able to have access to the Poipu Beach athletic Club. Shopping and restaurants were located within walking distance or a quick drive. And the beach was very close as well, which we sent a lot of our time there. I would highly recommend staying here at Pili Mai.
