My family and I loved this house. It is spacious, well built (if you are visiting with a planned storm this is the house to get!) the pool is amazing and outdoor space can entertain a large family or group. This house was so perfect for us, my husband who’s a contractor was impressed by the layout. If you love Poipu as much as my family does, this is a perfect location in close proximity to all your needs. We will be back to stay again!

This home was the perfect place for our family of six adults to stay for 10 nights! We loved everything about this home! The beautiful pool, the amazing fully equipped kitchen, the super comfy beds, the beautiful location and how close it is to everything we wanted to do & see! If we ever get the opportunity to come and stay here again we certainly will! Blessings & many thanks to the owners & management company who provided us this lovely home and always fast response to any questions we had during our stay!

House was just perfect for our family - the pool was a hit with the grandkids and the spacious kitchen and dining room wonderful for family dinners. The bedrooms were air conditioned and spacious. The property grounds were well maintained and lovely. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our family enjoyed stay at this beautiful property. It was a great home base from which to explore the island. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location; beautiful home. We loved having both the pool and wrap around lanai to sit and enjoy the views.Also close proximity to Poipu beach was a highlight, went almost every morning to see the turtles.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of space and room to spread out for a big group. Super comfy beds and the split system A/Cs meant that everyone could adjust rooms for their own comfort.

This rental property is exceptional. Location is perfect for everything, beaches and restaurants all wonderful. We were 5 adults and it was perfect for us. A few little glitches that were promptly rectified. Would highly recommend unless you have a problem with stairs as the living and dining are up a long stairway. Just paradise!

Great Kauai home

Great house in quiet neighborhood walking distance to a lot of my favorite Kauai spots. Pool is HUGE and house is well appointed. Air conditioners in bedrooms keep it nice and cool when it’s time to sleep. Would stay there again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay

Property is great and in a great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Pool is great. Adjacent golf course is nice . Check-in and Check-out process was easy. House has unusual layout with kitchen and great room on second floor and bedrooms on first floor. Can be difficult for grandparents. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Location and space are great. BBQ needs TLC. Jack and Jill shower needs TLC. great open floor plan and room sizes. Pool is awesome Beds super comfy. Awesome deck

Multigenerational trip

We loved this home. We spent the Christmas & New Years here with grandparent to grandchildren. Location was close to everything we needed, there was plenty of room to spread out if we wanted, a large living area to gather as a family and the deck & pool were welcomed after a day of activity. Would come back if we visit Kauai again.

Beautiful, spacious home on a lovely part of the golf course. The lanai and upstairs living space is so lovely. Pool is beautiful and well stocked with toys. It was a perfect spot for two families to share space and have some privacy- not an easy ask in a rental property. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the management company. The location is right in the heart of Poipu, close to shops, beach, and main access roads. Cannot wait to come back!

Dolphin House in Poipu

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course with pool. Just a short drive to the beach, hiking, golf and shopping in Poipu. Could not have been better. For one week our little slice of tropical paradise!

Dolphin House

The house is visually stunning, Pool and backyard are great. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. I wish there was more furniture on the lanai. Very nice stay overall.We had a few issues with random malfunctions of the kitchen appliances. Those were resolved to my satisfaction.

Lovely pool

Beautiful house and property, nice quiet location. Tonnes of space, especially with just my wife and I, but was nice to come back to the pool at the end of the day to relax. Very nice open space and kitchen with wrap around deck on the second level, perfect for cooking and relaxing. Check in and communication all a breeze. Thank you!

Amazing vacation!!!

The family and I absolutely loved this property. It was way bigger than expected, clean, had A/C, and a beautiful lanai with amazing views. The pool was the perfect temperature, the kids absolutely loved the pool. The property had easy check in and check out instructions. It was in a great location just a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to shopping and places to eat. Our experience was magical and I’m sure we’ll be back. We miss it already and we haven’t even left the island yet. Memories for a lifetime. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing home.

Wow!

We needed a rental big enough to accommodate 6 adults and 2 pre-teens. Our expectations were exceeded on everything. The balcony surrounding the upstairs living area and the swimming pool were far above our expectations.! All in all, this was a great vacation for all 8 of us.

Second time at this house, hopefully it will not br our last. We love it. Dolphin house is a Beautiful home, with all amenities, great beds and one amazing pool. Plenty of room for 5 people— Hard to beat for location and its top quality. Thank you again!
