A large well-equipped, top-Level 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 8. with continuously changing, breathtaking views.

3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and a private loft). 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and two side-by-side single beds in the loft.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just enjoy a relaxing getaway.

Overall Great, Could’ve Been Better

We liked the place overall, but the bathrooms weren’t that clean and the beds were a bit hard. Coffeemaker wasn’t that clean either. Otherwise, the other amenities were good and we enjoyed the stay there.

STUNNING VIEWS

absolutely loved the mountain view. wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area. the condo was roomy and very nice. we even saw bears outside.

Stairway to Heaven

It was exactly as described. Very comfortable, nice location, great facilities. The kitchen could have had a better selection of cookware, but we made do.

Amazing Stay

Our stay here for a basketball tournament was great! Everything was clean! Everything you needed was in the condo! The view is like no other!! And the bed was super soft! It was plenty of space for my family and the girls loved the loft with the spiral stair case! If we have another tournament we will be back!

Great space!

The cabin was about a 20-30 minute drive east of Gatlinburg, which ended up being a blessing. Driving through Gatlinburg to get into the Smokey Mountains National Park sometimes took longer than our drive from the cabin to Gatlinburg; thankfully, we found an alternative route that circumvented Gatlinburg and let us get into the park without as much traffic. The drive up to the resort has a lot of narrow and winding bends, but the roads are well-maintained. We had issues with wasps on the deck, but maintenance came twice within 30 minutes of us making a request to deal with them. The amenities of the cabin were excellent and all worked as described.

Family vacation at Stairway to Heaven

The location is perfect. The maids have not been cleaning. cob webs. hair on bed sheets. There were not pans to fry bacon, no way to make pancakes. Overall, the unit would be perfect, except needing a deep clean and more kitchen pots and pans. the facilities sauna, pool, hot tub, nasty, black mold. Not clean at all. No one but guest on site. Hot tub warm, sauna not on. Don't thin k the owner can control these items. Grill broken not able to use Overall needs TLC.

Excellent Location and Property

Located just a short drive from the main strip of Gatlinburg. Our family had a wonderful experience at this location. The property exceeded our expectations and the check in process was a breeze. Especially loved the security on site and the keyless entry. Ed was amazing in communicating via text throughout our stay. Would definitely revisit.

I liked this place. The view is truly spectacular. The place was set up nice and the AC worked great. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, as were the steam room and sauna. Overall, there could be a few improvements but certainly none that should make you choose another place. They need to touch up the paint in spots, nothing so bad that you should be turned off. The linens and towels could use a refresh. Some bleach stains were seen on both. Finally, some of the furniture has some normal wear and tear that may bother some people, but not me. I personally wasn't a fan of whatever laundry soap they use for their linens, just a personal preference. The place is about a 30-50 minute (traffic) ride to Pigeon Forge and a little less for Gatlinburg. We didn't mind because the scenery is beautiful. We got to see a mama bear and 3 cubs while coming down the mountain which was amazing. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Beautiful views

Very nice & clean. Just enough space for 6 ppl. Had small issue w/ door lock but Ed responded quickly & was very helpful. Beds were very comfy.. Would definitely stay again.

Would stay again

Loved being on the outskirts of town but still a close enough drive to get there quickly. The morning view was stunning even on the rainy day. Perfect little balcony for morning coffee with a view.

Great view!

I didn't stay long, but I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the little time we spent there. We had two teenage girls who enjoyed the two beds in the loft and the spiral staircase.

Perfect Moutain Getaway

When booking online, you never know what you might end up with but this place exceeded expectations. Family friendly, kid friendly. The view was breathtaking as the description said and the location is perfect. Only 20 minutes away from the Gatlinburg strip! We will absolutely book in the future.

Comfy and Cozy

The property was very clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfy. I do wish they’d listed about a restaurant on site because that was a hidden gem. The location is close to Gatlinburg and easy to navigate to.

Gorgeous views, worth the climb

What a gorgeous location...! Loved it! The sunset viewed from the deck off the common area was phenomenal! Just be aware that you'll be driving up and around the mountain in order to get up there, and if it's ultra windy (they closed down all the roads in the Smoky's one night we stayed due to dangerous winds), you'll hear and feel them in the condo. Condo had all the amenities we needed - we used the oven, stove, plates, glasses, etc. They provided the needed dishwashing tablets. Place was clean, so nice to have 2 bathrooms and the 3 distinct sleeping spaces. No trouble with hot water, plenty of blankets etc. The pool/hot tub seemed to be a hit with many of the families staying there, but we didn't use them.

Nice and cute

We would definitely stay again. It was clean and tidy. Main bed is a bit hard. It was quite and the pool was nice. The drive was beautiful.

Very Nice but...

Let me start by saying the place was very nice. Not fancy, but cozy. It is a little snug with 6 people, but we managed. The view from the balcony during our stay was beautiful as it had us looking at snow capped hills (mountains?) The complex was quiet. The only issues noted were during the reservation process, where I was told of one price, and some cleanliness and maintenance items. First, I was billed a different price (slightly higher) because of hidden fees. Actually sent three different emails with two different prices. I talked to the owner via email where he explained the hidden fee from the site. The second issue was the cleanliness of the dishes/glasses. There was a film on the glassware that came off with a simple hand washing and the dishwasher was still full from the users before us. And finally there was a leak in the hallway bathroom tub/shower. OVERALL, this was a pretty nice place to stay, and very affordable. We would consider another stay in the future.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
