The place we rented was great. It was clean, stock with everything they told me would be there. We were on the 3rd floor which would have been great, but I was traveling with my 84 year old mama and she cant do stairs very well, . But that was my fault we had to climb steps. I wasn't clear on what I need. I give 4 stars.

Host checked in to make sure everything was good our second day. Very kind and helpful. The email we received prior to check in helped plan our stay. It was so helpful! We saw black bears daily and loved it. The pool and hot tub were nice. We had 4 kids 10-16 in the condo with my husband and I and we fit. Walmart and pizza deliver here so that was awesome! We enjoyed our entire vacation and the condo was clean. Mountain sunrise and sunset were gorgeous. The price was awesome too. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this stay. Ive never been up that high in the mountains so we all loved the drive. On the to house, overall it was clean but I wish they added more things such as complimentary coffee, more towels, we needed a dish sponge to wash dishes and more linen. The sofa bed in the living room was very dirty so we covered it with linen they had in one of the drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Was a comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view of the mountains...enjoyed watching the sunrise and they have a nice private outdoor porch also. My only negatives here was that they didnt have a great selection of pots and pans...I wanted to steam some veggies, but no way to steam them. Also some of the pans were greasy w/ food stuck on them and they had no salt and pepper or any condiments in the cabinets. And the unfortunate worst was an awful squeak in the masterbed that squeaked with the slightest movement and I had my 7 yr old w/ me in the bed part of the time who moved too much

5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. The view from the room was stunning. It’s so close to downtown gatlinburg and the mountains roads were breathtaking. The host was so nice and made the trip feel special. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience in any way.

Great view from the condo, located at the very top of a long winding road. Space was good for us, a couple with a 4 year old. For the price it was ok, a bit dated and a little beat up but it worked for us for the 2 nights we stayed.

Pool and hot tub were excellent.

We had a great time here, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Didn't have many pots and pans to cook.

Communication and check in was amazing. It was very comfortable and the view was great. The only problems that we ran into was some areas of the cabin were not very clean, and the kitchen did not have many cooking utensils. We did not mind the lack of kitchen utensils provided, however it would have been nice to have known ahead of time to bring some cookware. Overall it was a great stay and looking forward we hope to be back!

My biggest disappointment was I thought I was renting a separate cabin.... not a condo but everything was nice. We did find at night it got extremely hot.

Great location with great views

Had a pleasant stay. It would be a cherry on top if the hosts provided coffee as it is difficult to get down the mountain. Although, the hosts were upfront about all the things they were providing and not providing. Overall, it was fun!
