Views for days in this newly rentable beautiful home in Island Park on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach!
Enjoy views from every angle to the beautiful lagoon with fountain, Jinks Creek and out to the Ocean. 5 minute walk to the beach access at the entrance to Island Park.

2 community pools and access to 2 community dry docks for fishing or kayaking on Jinks Creek.
Jinks Creeks is adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway.
The most incredible sunsets behind the house overlooking Jinks Creek you will ever see.

This house is bright and airy and can sleep up to 12.
1 King Bed with attached bathroom, 1 King Bed with attached bathroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and one Bunk Room with 2 sets of Bunk Beds perfect for kids of all ages.

Towels and sheets not provided or charged for, but we recommend Angie's Linen Service and Julie's rentals for linen/towel rentals.

Huge outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, which is just a short 5 minute walk.

Lovely home with lots of room

We loved staying here! My family of 7 all stayed in this house comfortably with a babysitter which brought us up to 8. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We love Ocean Isle and think we may have found our yearly house to rent out for our summer vacation! Thank you for any amazing house for our family trip!

Wonderful!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The location provided a beautiful view of the enclosed canal, and a very doable walk to the beach. It was clean and well furnished, great outdoor spaces as well. The owner was so easy to communicate with and was committed to making us feel welcome and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Our favorite place to stay in OI

This was our 3rd year at Savy Sandpiper and it never disappoints! Great house! Love the outdoor shower, easy access to the beach, and the furnishings are spot on for all of our needs. Everything is just right. Zero complaints! (But Grandpa wishes he could bring his dog;-))

Wonderful Property

We enjoyed our time here. The house itself was full equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We rented a golf cart so the short trip to the beach was a breeze. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Great house!

The house was clean, spacious and perfect for my mom friends and their kiddos to spend quality time together. I liked how the rooms all had space for our stuff and the kitchen is nice and big. I highly recommend!

Holiday Family Time

This cottage is great for family fun! The open living area allows you to participate in and see all the fun. We enjoyed all the outdoor areas since the weather was warm enough and could always find a spot out of the wind. We stay at OIB quite often and this is definitely a place I hope to stay again. Communications with the owner were great and much appreciated!

A week to remember!

We absolutely loved staying here for our annual family beach trip. The house is clean, updated furnishings and has a relaxing feel. Our favorite nightly routine was enjoying the fun light on the outdoor patio and feeding veggies to the turtles. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice, clean and updated house.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very well maintained and very clean. Very comfortable beds as well. The only issues we had was when we plugged into more than one outlet it threw a breaker. Other than that, we would very likely stay there again.

A great property with a great owner.

We just finished a fun week at Savy Sandpiper. We loved the lagoon in the backyard, the turtles and fish delighted the you get members of our family. The house was perfect for our party of 5 and was equipped with everything we needed. Brandon was responsive before and during our trip.

Best vacation

The home, the neighborhood, the location to the pool and beach, the owner. I'm not sure who or what I would rate higher. It was our first time in Ocean Isle, and we will be back. And, this property would definitely be our first choice.

Perfect little beach place for our family

Another great year at our favorite place @ Ocean Isle! Beds are comfortable (2 kings masters!) Neighborhood is quiet. Very family friendly and easy beach access. The kitchen has everything we need for the week. We love the enclosed outdoor shower. Everyone gets washed up there so we dont track the beach inside. Cant wait to come back next year!

Amazing Place to Stay--Just Right For Our Family

Just returned home from this wonderful home. On our trip back we spoke of how well this home fit our family and how terrific it was for location and ease of use. We loved the back deck over the small lake in the back, the outdoor shower and the location to the beach. The people in the neighborhood were so nice too. The owner is terrific and super responsive. Would stay here again for sure. That is the vote that all 9 people said too!

Ocean Isle Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Ocean Isle Beach and so enjoyed our stay at your beautifully decorated beach home. This was our first visit to OIB and we loved the spaciousness, the well equipped kitchen, the lovely porch areas and beautiful views. A continuous porch breeze made the hot week bearable. Brandon was a wonderful host and assisted with every need. The house is very well equipped and is as described. The two king suites were perfect for our adult children who have young toddlers. Our two granddaughters loved sleeping on the bunkbeds. We had a wonderful family vacation and would gladly stay here again.

Our family was lucky enough to be there when Debby came through and we made the decision to evacuate. Brandon was amazing at helping us make the right decision and even though he wasn’t obligated to, he was very bummed with us and compensated us for having to cut our vacation short. Love this beach house!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your awesome beach house! The Beach decor is so pretty and the house had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Short walk to public access & the golf cart parking was a real plus! Family friendly neighborhood and sweet neighbors. This end of the island seems a little quieter than the other side where we stayed last year, which we loved. We enjoyed your home so much we have already booked to stay next year:-) Thanks so much for sharing your property with us.

Awesome and Relaxing Vacation

This was our first visit to Ocean Isle, and our family loved it! This house was awesome and provided us with a week of relaxation, fun and laughter, and none of us wanted to leave. From the moment we walked on the porch and deck and saw the view, we fell in love with it. Everything was just as advertised. Immaculate home, awesome view, well stocked kitchen for cooking and family games (which provided a lot of fun and laughter). Great communication with owner throughout. Thank you Brandon for sharing your home with us and for always being so quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely love to come again!

Relaxing house after day on beach

There were not nine of use, including three teenagers, and there was plenty of room in this house for all of us. The four full bathrooms were a definite plus. The upper deck and lower patio over look a pond with a fountain and provides a relaxing atmosphere after a day on the beach or golf course. The patio is well lite in the evening and has a wall fan installed to keep the air circulating when the breeze dies down. The house location is also within a 5 - 1O minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes to one of the community pools. The owner, Brandon, is outstanding in responding to communications quickly. He provided great information before our visit started and responded to.minor issues during the stay in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this property if you and your group are looking for a relaxing time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Family Time

We visited Ocean Isle with our adult children and their spouses. The house was wonderful! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was room for multiple cooks. The entire home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living areas which are also exceptionally well furnished. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach cart provided made it easy to carry chairs and beach supplies. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is a very short walk from the house. We enjoyed a few excellent meals out. Check out Oyster Rock in Calabash and La Cucina in Sunset Beach. Both were fabulous. We hope to return soon. Thank you Brandon for everything!

Fabulous Family Fun

The Savvy Sandpiper is a beautiful and comfortable home. We had 8 adults and one nearly 3 year old. Between the spacious living room, dining area, upper deck, peaceful lower porch seating, swimming pools, beach, and community docks for kayaking, we had plenty of spaces for everyone. The neighborhood is beautiful. The kitchen is great! Each family unit chooses one night to prepare and serve dinner - we had everything we needed to turn out some fabulous family meals - including a double oven that came in handy. The outdoor shower is a nice bonus too. Somehow the landscaping and home placement provides a lot of privacy. We managed to lock ourselves out of the house one day - Brandon was so kind and had us back inside in no time. We were only sad to leave and send our family back to all the different cities and states. We’re taking home lots of great memories! Thanks so much for leasing out such a beautiful home.
