I'll start with the positives. The space was completely adequate. Could easily accommodate 5 or 6 adults & 2 or 3 kids. The beds were comfortable. I requested pool heat & the pool was heated. Grands were able to enjoy the pool! The location is great. Close to Disney parks & also Walmart, Target & Publix are close. I did have good response from the host when contacting her. The negatives are basically the house wasn't clean & needs some serious updating. The carpets are very worn, but also look very dirty. A good shampooing would help tremendously! One of my grands lost their mouthgard in the night & we looked under the bed....There were candy wrappers under both beds in the kids room & not the kind of candy we had brought! There was mildew in the main shower. The kitchen towels were either very worn or not clean, wasn't sure on that & there is a minimal amount of them. The dining chairs for the table are vinyl covered & so worn the covering literally flakes off when you sit on them. The sofa is ok, but really should be updated as it is looking pretty worn as well. Last, but not least...we found a tooth on the dresser in the main bedroom....Looked like a child's. We checked the grands mouths & they had all of theirs so either the last people that stayed there lost it or the cleaning people. We should not have found that!! This place could easily have been a 5 star review, but it needs some serious cleaning & updating!!
