Business trip Orlando convention center

We had a great trip. House was perfect. Pool was great. Traffic in Orlando is horrendous so a 6mi trip takes 30min so plan accordingly. Neighborhood quiet and gated so that was nice. Overall would stay here again with kids or grandkids if staying in central Florida for vacation

Great Location

We had a soccer tournament in Sanford over a long weekend and this property was in an ideal location to go to those games and still be near the parks, restaurants amd other attractions.

Excellent stay!

Everything was as listed/shown in the photographs. Super clean. New, wonderful property. If we make it back, we would absolutely stay here again. (Tip- make sure you have your gate code ready to share with Uber/lyft for them to enter the development)

The house is new, clean and the pool is great. It has everything you need and the location is very good ( 10 min from Disney World ).

Beautiful home, very nice and accommodating. The only problem was the carpet was soaking wet during the heavy rain. I woke up to look outside and my socks was soaking wet.

MAGNIFIC

I was complitely amazed when I entered into the house. It is so beautifull, it makes you feel at home. I was facinanted with all the amenities of the place and the excellent taste of the decoration. I would definitley book the same pleace if I return to Orlando. Thanks a lof Jose!!!

Spring Break

Unit was just as listed and as previously reviewed. Wish stores sold necessities for short-term rentals such as dish detergent and garbage bags. We made use of the items provided but a few extra would be really helpful. Enjoyed the option of resort pool since we chose not to heat pool. Easy checkout-liked not needing to remove sheets! Thank you!

Beautiful place. Only issues were bugs (small fruit flies) the water pressure was too low, make sure to bring batteries for controllers as they are either missing or dead and the dishwasher was broken. Other than that loved the stay here wouldve loved to stay longer

ANTS EVERYWHERE

Property had little ants everywhere, contacted owner and he said he’d send out pest control and never did. Property has the bare minimum, so plan to bring toilet paper and other necessities because they provide very little. Excellent area, but I wouldn’t stay in this particular unit again.

Love the location, house needs cleaning & had ants

Storey Lake is a great location. This property however had ants in the bathrooms, blinds are broken and it needs a good cleaning.

Many broken things and not very clean but OK overall

The property had many blinds that were broken, the ice maker did not work (I reached out to the property manager but he never responded). I paid to have the heater turned on in the pool, it did not feel like it was turned on. We were only there for a weekend, the place was close to grocery, convenience and the expressway so it worked. I had to buy a bag of ice since we couldn't get the ice maker to work. They water does not smell very good. They have very small ants, which i guess are a problem in Florida. And this place does not have any rail assistance in the showers. It definitely does not meet ADA standards. There are no ramps to get in and there is a pretty big step going out to the pool area from the living room. I would not stay here again, but it was definitely not the worst place I have stayed. Just needs some major updating and better communication.

Wonderful

This house was clean, beds were comfortable. Very close to all parks. I would def rent again. There was 8 in our group. We stayed the week and did parks 4 days. Air conditioner worked great and it was a nice to come back to the pool and different areas to gather.

Great location

Stayed for 5 days over Xmas break with the family. House was the perfect size. Loved having the pool. Would definitely recommend getting it heated. Development was HUGE with lots of amenities. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for a getaway!

Pictures were true to form. Check in was seamless and easy. The home had everything that we needed, was clean and organized! I would def stay here again!

Disappointed with amenities

We expected the property to have starter coffee and filters. We ended scrambling at night to find filters and coffee powder. All vrbos and similar establishments we have stayed in have provided this. Also there were just enough towels for all of us. One would have expected more towels. Place would have got a better rating if not for these missing amenities.

Great property for a large party

This property comfortably accommodated two families with children (total of 9 people). Neighborhood was nice with clubhouse offering some great amenities for the kids. Occasionally had difficulty getting through the security gate when using rideshare. Small private pool was a nice perk, though I would recommend requesting to have it heated in cooler temps. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Not very clean and bugs

Instructions to the townhome was very helpful. Tiny bugs on the kitchen counter and bathroom. Repeatedly wiping counters down And killing bugs. Bathrooms need a thorough cleaning as well as sweeping and mopping.

Nicely decorated and great little private pool for small kids!

Pro: washer/dryer, small private pool, nicely decorated and relatively modern home, gated community with lazy river, around 15 minutes from Disney Con: miniature little white bugs in several bathrooms and one bedroom. I don’t know where they are coming from but I killed at least 40 of them. They definitely need to fix this. Once this is fixed then I really do think it’s a pretty nice property if you have young kids. Our girls were around 5years old and the the private pool was perfect as it’s only 4 feet deep and quite small. Bigger kids would not really love this private pool and may opt for the community pool.

Our third stay at this resort

This was the third stay that we have had at this resort, while this particular location was nice, it had its issues. For starters, there was no welcome info about the place or instructions on the remotes for the tv. We could never figure out how to get local channels. When we arrived there were locks on the barbecue grill that required a 50.00 charge and they wanted 30.00 per day to heat the pool, which none of these two options were offered or mentioned when making the reservations. The house was very roomy, but was disappointed in the master bedroom with bath not being downstairs. It was fairly clean upon arrival, but baseboards and behind nightstands had not been cleaned in sometime. It had very limited cooking pans in the kitchen and no dish towels or dish wash towels provided at all. Only toilet paper to start with was half to three quarter rolls. Both sets of blinds were broken on the patio doors. All of the extra bedrooms besides the master bedroom were crowded with furniture and you couldn’t hardly access the closets. I might be nitpicking on a few things, but the price you pay to stay it should be more furnished with the small things. On the resort side of things, the west gate pass would never trigger the automatic gate and you would have to wait until someone exited to get into the property via the exit gate. The lazy River is one of the best perks to the resort. It was definitely crowded and the lazy River was not enjoyable because kids were using it as a swimming pool instead of a floating river. I will definitely be back again, but will not choose this particular host to stay with.
