The 2 br 1600 sq. ft. +Terrace rental is 'Handicap Friendly' and is located in the main building of Yewit Center. The Terrace sleeps 4 EASILY and can accommodate more if needed. The colorful Sunlounge has a Sofa bed (Q-size) and a Queen size bed however, access to the sun lounge is through the Master bedroom A glass door separates the sun lounge from the master BR. Thick draw curtains gives you privacy. The open plan lounge- kitchen-dining area has an additional chit chat area. A BBQ /Seating area is outside to enjoy a wine

"Tranquility in the Trees"

The drive onto the property is breathtaking. "An English Garden meets Sherwood Forest"..Beautiful! The Terrace apartment is truly the size of my former house. Huge, elegantly decorated, and gives you a feeling of home. The furnishing are very comfortable and nice. The kitchen is fully appointed. The Sunroom over looks the pond down the hill. If you like to hike, fish, birdwatch, or relax and read a book.. the perfect getaway, and can all be done on the property. You truly never have to leave to have an adventure. The front porch has a grill and great entertaining area, loved sitting there listening to the trees rustle in the wind as the different types of birds sang. You can take a short drive to all the outdoor activity north Ga boast; rafting, horse back riding, tubing, hiking, boating- fishing are withing miles. The owners are marvelous host and lovely people. They keep the property in immaculate condition. They are close by but not intrusive, and their dogs are wonderful sweet fur babies. Our fur babies loved it here also. We had a most wonderful stay.

Fully stocked

This place was great. They put a lot of thought into stocking it. It had everything- full kitchen, linens, a grill, vacuum, toys for the kids, plenty of sleeping areas, TV, couch, and lots of other stuff. The place is a little over decorated but don't let that detour your stay. We brought our dogs and felt safe to leave them there when we were out. The location was great for us.

Private, safe and beautiful

Lovely owners, friendly and welcoming. The house has anything you need. Clean and comfortable and spacious! I hope to be back one day!

Keith, a musician and I ( having been a nurse) ended somehow up in those beautiful mountains and in the Hospitality department. . It was time for a change in the carrier. I came originally from Germany/Switzerland but was most of my life travelling around the world. Keith travelled as well. We met on the ship and decided to continue our life journey together. Qué distingue a esta propiedad

we are central located between HAyesville, Hiawassee and Young Harris. It is a short distance to Lake Chatuge where you can experience a waterpark, boating, beaching and just having some nice relaxing drinks. It is not far to drive to the Appalachian trail or to the touristy place of Helen. Kids and adults would enjoy tubing. You find plenty of Antique shops nearby. Restaurants and some of them allow even the furry family member to come and sit on the patio. We have a pond and we would love to see you fishing.. All in all we are in a very relaxing area. We are able to accommodate up to 9 people in total. Please ask for details. We are happy to inform you about pricing and details.
