Amazing lake front getaway, steps away from the waters edge. Ideal getaway for couples or a small family. Bring your boat/jet skis and keep them at the community docks. There are only 5 cottages in this very special community for you to enjoy the beautiful North East Georgia Mountains and Chatuge Lake. Boat ramp/marina minutes away. Hiawassee has tons to offer shops, spas, winery, water sports, fishing, hiking, Bell Mountain overlook and Georgia Mountain Fair Grounds! Home away from home. Cottage has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed for a restful night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. Book now and enjoy everything this soothing cottage has to offer. Water levels are not guaranteed, the TVA controls the levels. Water maybe low at certain times of the year!

The property was perfect for a couple. The views of the lake were beautiful from both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking during our stay. It’s close to a trail to walk the dog and other trails are nearby. Many attractions in the nearby areas.

This chalet is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked, like your home. The back yard and boat dock were amazing. The view was good. We would rent this place again.

Our stay at this cottage was perfect. Catching the morning fog over the lake & the view was so peaceful. The amenities were excellent. I brought my mini frother but she even had that.. we weren’t in need of anything. Perfect size for a couple or a couple with small children. Only 2 miles from the fairgrounds where we went for the festival but also so close to many other sites. Very pet friendly, Bella approved. We also had a rainbow one night. I would highly recommend this cute little cottage and this host. I don’t always give 5 stars, but this deserved it.

Everything was spotless. Alliances were great, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Bed was ver comfortable. The host answered questions very quickly. She is lovely and welcoming. I will tell others about. Nd we will return!!

This house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has an incredible view. Everything is new and in perfect condition. We absolutely loved our stay!

Greg and I have been married for 30 years and we all love Hiawassee and Lake Chatuge so much! There’s so much to do and the views are amazing! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We’ve been to Hiawassee and lake chatuge many times, we love the lake and all the beautiful Mountain views. It’s just so peaceful, you are relaxed as soon as you open the front door. There are so many fun shops and lots of places to eat or an ingles right down the road to grocery shop. Helen is just 35 minutes away. There are trails, water rentals, water park for the kids or lots of things always going on at the Georgia mountain fairgrounds just down the road from the cottage. Antique shopping at its finest!

The cottage is lakefront with common grounds who share two docks right at the property. There are only 5 cottages in this little community so there is always room for you to bring the boat/jet skis. The views are breathtaking and so very relaxing! Ramp two minutes down the road/ Lake Chatuge Recreation Area, they also have hiking trails for you and your pup!
