Perfect mountain getaway.

The perfect hostess. Beautiful cabin with covered patio overlooking your own private waterfall. We landed up bringing all our own food and there was ample supplies to finish our meals. Fireplace added a nice warm touch. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what I hoped for!

This little getaway was exactly what I was hoping for! Willene was so kind and made the check in process seamless. The cabin and setting is absolutely beautiful. There is a fireplace inside, full kitchen, king bed, beautiful antique stove. Large patio outback with rocking chairs and swing to view the waterfall from right off the back patio.We had our 2 corgi babies with us and had the best time exploring Hiawassee. In our 4 days there we were able to visit Brasstown Bald, Bell Mountain, Helen Ga and hiked Anna Ruby Falls. I only wish we would’ve made it a few weeks earlier to enjoy more of the fall colors. We will definitely be back to this magical property! Highly recommend!

Restful Getaway

The Fall colors were incredible and the sound of the babbling brook / waterfall from the rear deck was absolutely serene! The location is central to all the other towns and attractions in the area. Willenne is a delightful and gracious hostess. The property is completely private. The cabin has everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. unbelievable

What a great find

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in mid July. I can’t say enough nice things about the property and our host, Willene. Everything was perfect. It is just a it describes and more. There is a waterfall in the back that you can view and listen to while sitting on the back porch. Could have stayed out there all weekend. Very close drive to Helen and Hiawassee. We even took about an hour drive to Scaly Mtn to zip line and stopped at a winery on the way back. So close to everything you need, but at the same time very secluded. Willene is so gracious and friendly and let's you know about the area and places to see and eat. She is just fantastic. Lots of places to hike near the cabin as well. It was our 25th anniversary, and Willene and her cabin helped make it special. We can't wait to stay there again (I almost want to leave a bad review just so it won't book up to much when we come back, lol). There were only 2 of us, but plenty of room and very cozy feeling. Thank you, Willene

Wonderful location, couldn’t have been more pleased!

Our stay was an absolute delight! Ms.Willene was extremely kind and helpful, and made sure we knew how to get to where we wanted to go. The property is lovely and the cabin is spacious and airy- the photos don’t do it justice. We will definitely rely be booking with Ms. Willene for future trips!

Amazing private but accessible mountain cabin!

My wife and I stayed here a little over a week for our honeymoon. Willene was a wonderful host who personally escorted us to the cabin, showed us everything we needed, and gave great personal recommendations for places to go during our stay. The cabin was only around 15 minutes from Bell Mountain, High Shoals Falls, and Brasstown Bald, among other things. It was also close to dining and groceries. The location was very private but not extremely isolated. The end of the road led to a national park wildlife management area that was wonderful to walk down. The waterfall in the backyard was beautiful and created a tranquil environment for the property. The property was noticeably cooler with the waterfall and trees, making being outside enjoyable. The cabin was welcoming and the perfect size for two adults. The cabin was well-maintained and stocked. Our only complaint was that it could use a deep clean in some areas, but that did not detract from our stay. This was the most relaxing trip for us and close to perfect. It was just what we needed and we would love to return when possible! 5 Stars, absolutely recommended!

Amazing Little gem here.

I don't know where to start. This is my favorite cabin/place I've ever stayed at in Georgia. I will be back if I'm ever blessed to do so. You will not want to leave I promise. The cabin is so welcoming with everything you could ever want or need. The location is breathtaking. Sweet sounds of the water running creek. It was like a dream home away from home. I stayed 4 nights, wish it was longer. The owner is the sweetest little Georgia peach. It was an honor meeting her. She's a very lovely lady. I just can't say enough about this place or her.

Peaceful Oasis

This piece of paradise in the Smokies is the perfect place to disconnect and reset. What a great respite. The personal waterfall outside the cabin is amazing. Hiking in the national forest is just a few feet away. I could not have enjoyed this more.

Wonderful Escape

This was one of the best vacations we ever had - we were looking to get away from it all and this beautiful little cabin in the woods was just so cozy and peaceful. We couldn't ask for anything better! The owners are so warm and responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are planning our return next year. Thank you, Ms. Willene, you are wonderful!

This property is located just a few miles from Hiawassee. There are a number of varied restaurants from steaks to Mexican fare. Shopping is unlimited and plentiful. Located on Lake Chatuge which provides swimming, fishing and boating. Several locations rents boat by the half day at reasonable prices for a day of fun on the water. The more adventurous can also rent personal water crafts, commonly known as jet skis.
