Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect family Spring Break

I'm not a review guy... So this will be quick. Place was perfect. Easy in, easy out. The ski in/out option was the envy of our group who had rented other houses. The house was clean and easy. Would absolutely rent again. Had a minor issue that the maintenance group fixed before lunch. 10/10. Standards are high, so this review means something. You're welcome.

Empty nester trip

I did not realize Vrbo outsources to other companies. I made the mistake of booking this. We have never had trouble with Vrbo before but this company Vacasa is not up to the normal quality as Vrbo. Rental needs updated, had to sweep spider webs away from front door before even enter. TV did not work. Beds desperately needs replaced etc etc

Great fun!

Clean and comfortable 2 bed/2 bath. Kitchen is well stocked. Out the front door is easy access to hiking and mtn biking in Granby Ranch, and a short walk to the base lodge for food and drinks. Also, a very easy (and beautiful) drive to Fraser and Granby for more outdoor fun. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable spring break; poor communication

The condo had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. I would agree with previous reviews, that the mattresses need to be replaced; they are beyond their life expectancy. The hide-a-bed in the living room has seen better days as well; my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The location was great with fairly easy access to the ski lift. It was a little far to walk in ski boots, so one of the non-skiers in the group dropped the skiers off at the lift. The condo has an outside closet for skis, but we were unable to access it. The guest information inside the condo stated that a key for the ski closet was in a kitchen drawer, but we were unable to find it. I reached out via email and phone to the property manager, but did not get a response. Not a huge deal to not have storage for our skis, but disappointing that no one responded to our inquiries. The check-out instructions I received via email were different than what was in the guest binder in the condo. We just made sure we covered everything that was listed in both places. I would recommend that the instructions be updated to match for less confusion. Overall, it was a nice condo in a quiet neighborhood.
