Luxurious private beach house with pool & hot tub + Free Attraction Tickets!

This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 15 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls (bunk beds) & 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, 1 full & 1 queen in the 4th bedroom and 2 twins (trundle bed) in the 5th bedroom.

The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a roomy porch off the front & back. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar. The living room as well as all bedrooms have a TV. The room w/the twin trundle does not have cable but there is a DVD player.

The extensive master suite offers a private balcony and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bathrooms (one on each level) have a standard tub/shower combo. The 1/2 bath is in the ground floor storage room, and is conveniently located near the pool so you don't have to go in the house dripping wet. Other features include free W-Fi, parking for 6 vehicles, and washer & dryer.

The over sized lot includes a fenced in yard, private pool with built in sitting pool (jets, waterfall & heater are disabled, this is no longer a hot tub and only meant to be used as a relaxing sitting pool), private above ground hot tub, fire pit, 90" projector screen (must bring your own portable projector), ping pong table, professionally landscaped yard, outdoor shower, table and plenty of seating around the pool. For your convenience, there is also a storage room full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, pool floats and yard games such as cornhole. Great house and location.

Would definitely stay there again. Check-in process was a little cumbersome. 4 bedrooms and a bed in the laundry room. Great location, a block and a half from the beach

Quiet Getaway!

15 of us came to enjoy the area and the beach. The house was exactly like the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Plus it is only a couple of blocks from the beach.

Amazing house in Myrtle beach

Great Golf Trip House

Me and 8 other guys all 35-40 stayed for a week and loved the property. Great location w easy access to local courses and food. The house itself was in great shape when we arrived and the layout worked well for our group.

Amazing!!!!

This is the best property we have stayed in! Everything was amazing the entire home was like A resort. We barely went to the beach because we spent most of our time relaxing in the pool. The backyard was amazing. I mean just amazing. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave lol. Definitely our go to property from now on.

Overall a very nice stay

This home is very nice and spacious. The beds were all pretty comfy. The kitchen was well supplied. It would have been nice to have some extra towels since this home has a pool. The two pool umbrellas are broken so no shade in the backyard. When I talked with the rental agency about an issue they responded and addressed it immediately. We would stay there again.

Grill on deck is too close to the house and was a grease fire waiting to happen. Jacuzzi next to pool did not work, or could not find switch for jets. Jacuzzi under deck was very dirty and had weird yellow suds in it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House very spacious and kitchen stocked with plates glasses cookware etc. Only Starter supplies for all paper products and kitchen soaps. Bath towels were sufficient. Decorated nicely. Backyard with pool and hot tubs very nice. However pool needed cleaned and was not serviced to remove dirt during our stay. Grass needed cut. Very minor service calls to rental office were handled quickly. Would recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property with 11 adults & 3 kids and had a blast in the pool and enjoyable walks on the beach, which was just a 3-5 min walk. There is ice cream and food in walking distance, so no need to drive unless u wanna grab groceries or head out somewhere for other activities. The rooms and beds were lovely, as well as the decor. Definitely suggest this rental for your group!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Clean and comfortable

We had a great stay at Hook Wine and Sinker. Everything was clean and spacious and the pool and hot tub were great. Only minor complaints were about lack of cleaning materials, salt/pepper/cooking oil, and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom but we had been told about that beforehand so we brought extra. Also they had the pool cleaned in the middle of the day during our stay which was slightly annoying. Other than that everything was great! Really close to the beach and easy to get to with plenty of parking. They had a few chairs but we brought some of our own to supplement.

A Rock's Throw from Ocean View

Location: Next best option other than Ocean view. Check-in was simple. Property was nice & clean far in advance of 4pm Check-in time. Property was spotless. My mother in law is an ex hotel Property manager and she had no complaints about cleanliness. Spacious, open floor plan w/Big Screen TV was the Center of family entertainment. Elevator added a great addition for wifey, who's leg was not 100% to climb stairs. Kids enjoyed sitting around the pool even though they couldn't get in - too cold. Thanks for an Enjoyable Thanksgiving Holiday Week for our family!

Great location - needs some attention

Great experience with rental company, checkin and checkout process. House fit 13 people comfortably. Perfect location with just a short walk to the beach. The only downside is this place needs some major cleaning and updated attention. Ceiling fans and vents caked in dust, debris/trash swept under beds and living room furniture, broken outdoor umbrellas that never got delivered, broken bathroom tiles, broken dinning room chairs, old rugs in bathroom and living room need an update. Pool was dirty upon arrival. they did address this promptly when a maintenance request was made but we had to limit time in the pool because of treatment timing/cleaning etc. We tried to pick our battles of what was needed so we didn’t spend the whole week putting in maintenance requests. Once the cleaning issues are addressed, would have no issue staying in this home and location again.
