As described!

Not much more to say. This location is part of SanDestin so you have all the amenities to choose from. The location is within an older community of homes but the one we stayed in was well maintained and mostly up to date inside. It came with a brand new Blackstone grille, some older bikes and a 6 person golf cart. The golf cart is a must have in SanDestin. We've been coming here for years and couldn't imagine our time there without one. Great stay with no issues.

Great stay! Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for us! We had two adults, 2 college-aged girls, a teen boy and a 9 year-old boy. It was perfect! We loved all the fans! Every room had a fan, and it was so appreciated. They had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrella. They also supplied plenty of towels. The water pressure was great, and the A/C and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The golf was also a nice addition, and we didn’t have any issues.

long weekend get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice, clean, convenient! We enjoyed taking the golf cart to Baytown Warf. But unfortunately the beach access was good, but over crowded 7 rows of people. My autistic daughter was overstimulated. The door on the house locks from the outside but a child can open it from the inside. We had to put a chair against the door at night so our daughter wouldn't go outside. I highly recommend a door latch lock to be installed. We did rent a boat and go to Crab Island. That was the highlight of our trip.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the home, found it clean and convenient, and made the most of the golf cart trips to Baytowne Wharf and your visit to Crab Island; it sounds like a wonderful highlight! We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the beach access and, most importantly, the door safety concern. Your note about the interior lock is especially helpful, and we understand how critical that is for families with children. We’ve shared this with our team and will be looking into adding an additional child-safe latch to improve peace of mind for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back under even better conditions next time.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Loved the resort and the golf cart was a huge help to get around. The resort has so much to offer. The only downside is the unit definitely could be cleaned better. Toothpaste stains left on sink, fridge was dirty, and the floors definitely need a deep clean. We cleaned the floors ourselves after noticing our socks where black from walking inside the house. The property itself is in good shape and decorated well. Would have been 10/10 if unit was clean.
