Fantastic spot!!
Absolutely beautiful home. We stayed there with my brother in law sister in law and 2 nephews. The area is close to dining, shopping and mountains! Everything was so well taken care of and fit all of us easily!

This was she second time staying here! Very cozy, clean. Love the location. Would have left 5 stars but the master bathroom shower water pressure was very poor. Tv in the living wouldn’t connect to the internet so was unable to watch tv in living room. Tv in room worked fine. Everything else was excellent!

Great to hear you had a chance to stay at Poncha Vista again! Sorry to hear about the tv not working and the water pressure in the shower. We have guest support from 8am-8pm every day of the week to help mitigate and solve any problems that occur during your stay. Beautiful property near Salida.
Very impressed with the quality, the location, and cleanliness. The property was accurately described. Beautiful surroundings. Property managers were excellent to work with, very good customer communicators and service.

This home is cozy, nicely decorated, and clean. The kitchen has most essential items with plenty of storage and counter space for making large meals. There is a very private patio which is comfortable for enjoying Mountain View’s and beautiful sunsets. We would gladly stay at this residence the next time we visit Colorado.

Presidents’ Day weekend ski trip
This house was perfect for our family- very clean and just as advertised. 20 minutes to Monarch, so close enough to not feel rushed into getting out of the house in the morning.

Great Location at "CrossRoads of the Rockies"
For a brief stay (3 nights), this is an excellent property and location. There is easy access to Salida, Buena Vista, Monarch ski area, or over one pass to Gunnison, or over another to the Saquache valley. The property is comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed. As good as it gets.

Perfect getaway
The property was extremely clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Parking for one car in the drive and second across the street in a parking area.
The location is perfect for getting to lots of out door activites.

This house was PERFECT!
This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated, felt homey and comfortable. They had everything we could have needed! The fireplace was such a cool touch! Will be back to stay here, when we come back to visit family!

Great vacation home for family
Our family rented this place, and we will definitely be back next year. Great location to monarch ski. My family of 4, and in laws really enjoyed this place. Very clean, comfy place. Easy, and great communication with property managers that were available if needed. Only complaint is the showers have low water pressure.

Beautiful property
Property was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family. The upstairs bunk room is perfect for kids. The kitchen had all items that we needed to cook breakfast in the morning. We did have a hot water tank issue, but communication and maintenance was quick!
