Everything was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. We LOVED the home, amenities, location, and our very sweet and attentive host. The highlight for me was the saltwater fish tank...absolutely gorgeous and so mesmerizing. Each evening we relaxed before bed watching the tank making it a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our family, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process so easy from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and made so many great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Overall this was the cleanest and most well-maintained property we have ever rented. Brandi was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The property was beautiful. Everything was as advertised or better. We definitely had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was very convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as the Space coast baseball complex. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Brandi was great at communicating with us. The pool was wonderful and my grandkids loved the movie room! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. We didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub with our one night stay but it looked amazing.

Great property with lots of homey touches! We stayed with our 9 month old baby, the pool and the fish tank were big hits :) The home was spotless and well cared for. Thank you!

Family vacation

Our family combined a vacation with going to see my grand-daughter play in a softball tournament at the USSSA Sports Complex. Brandi was the most welcoming host with so many extras at her home. Beautifully furnished and so comfortable from the bedrooms to the pool...everything was great. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation close to the beach and many dining establishments. Loved every moment at this property.

Softball, Sun and Beach getaway

This house was great! Felt just like being at home. Perfect location to Space Coast Stadium if traveling for softball. Brandi was a wonderful host and can’t wait to hopefully get back next year!

Perfect for Space Coast baseball tournament

Super nice home. Close to baseball facility, which was perfect for 8am game. Boys were able to cool off in the pool after a day at the fields. No complaints

A memorable experience!

This property was amazing!! It was so homey and had wonderful touches! It is better than the pictures! And the area is really nice with upscale shopping areas and restaurants. Brandi was very communicative and helpful in making our stay the best it could be. I highly recommend this property.

Luxurious relaxation awaits!

Staying here felt like home and at the same time like a 5-star resort. Everything about this home leads to total relaxation and rejuvenation. From enjoying the sparkling pool with fountains of water to float by to the ultimate movie watching experience, this home is the epitome of vacation! My family felt so relaxed during our stay and have fond memories of our time spend together here!

Relaxing oasis

Brandi was an incredible host and the home was beautiful. The attention to detail goes along way. After a trying first day of our vacation before we got to Florida, it was nice to come to a place that was like a home away from home. The movie theater room was awesome! The pool and hot tub well-maintained. The neighborhood and area in Florida was very accessible, safe, And convenient. Going for my morning run in the neighborhood and then jumping in the pool later was one of my highlights. I look forward to working with Brandi on future trips.

Wonderful Stay!

We were visiting friends and family in the area and needed the extra space just for the 3 of us. We were very fortunate that this fabulous home was available. This rental had more amenities than any other we’ve stayed at in the past and we’ve stayed at quite a few, My absolute favorite was the salt water fish tank. I could watch those fishies for hours. We also took advantage of the hot tub. The pool looked beautiful and would be a joy in warmer weather which is usually the norm in FL. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. Brandi was an excellent host! You can tell she wants you to really enjoy her home and all the little touches and things provided did not go unnoticed. A wonderful vacation home!

What an awesome home to make memories in with your family. The backyard is your own oasis away from home. The patio off to the side has a crazy amount of blow up pool floats and games for both kids and adults. There are plenty of beach towels for everyone. The saltwater fish tank is so cool, if you pay attention to the fish you can see the 2 ring leaders of the group. It was fun to watch them every day and relaxing at night hanging out on the over size couch. When we first walked in the movie room was set up with popcorn buckets, microwave popcorn, and blankets ready for movie night. (Knowing how much work was put into it, check out all the quotes on the move room walls.) The kitchen island had a book with house information and favorite places to go. The cleaning staff put a little welcome saying on each of our bedroom doors. They had paper bands around every toilet letting you know eash one was cleaned and "sanitize for you". The tree in the dining room was decorated in a Mardi Gras theme with green lights, super cool and even worked as a great night light. It was a Great Vacation. If we needed anything, it was just a phone call away. Thank you to all the hard work everyone put in for our vacation. (I only took 2 pictures since every photo in the listing is spot on.)

We had a wonderful family getaway at Brandi's beautiful home! Everything was bright and clean and beautifully decorated, with awesome lighting and features we had never seen before! We especially loved the pool and the kids never ran out of games to play with all the floaties to choose from. The aquarium was a big hit too, relaxing for the adults and entertaining for the kids who named each fish. Brandi was very friendly and helpful with our stay. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable, and as a mom of littles I appreciate the working blinds and curtains that darken for naps. We will certainly come back when we have the chance!

My wife and I have stayed at a dozen or so VRBO properties over the years, and have enjoyed most all of them. This home for us ranks up at the top, alongside a Key West cottage we stayed at for our honeymoon 25 years ago. Which believe me is saying something. The home is modern, well lit, secure with all sorts of little touches. The pool and outside landscaping has a ton of playful, helpful lighting, all set on timers so you don't need to do a thing. The pool and hot tub are immaculate and ready to use. The theatre room is brilliantly done with an impressive projection tv and sound system, plenty of DVDs and BluRays, and yet somehow felt downright cozy for our family of four, a good thing! There are convenient directions on how to enjoy the property in just the right places with just the right level of detail.The primary bedroom is large and playful, and has a bathroom my wife, upon seeing it, exclaimed that "I could live in there." The three bedrooms were the perfect size for our family of four; our middle school and high school kids enjoyed having their own room, which paired nicely with the many communal areas inside the house and out we enjoyed.The owner communicates well and is available by phone or IM, and had plenty of tips on area things to do and restaurants to enjoy. With the ocean only 10 minutes away we ended up with the best of both worlds: near sand and surf with plenty of private space to relax and enjoy our family vaycay time away. We'll be back!
