Cozy VRBO in Stuart Village

Location is excellent—short walk to the shops and restaurants. The unit is cozy—good sofa and TV, comfortable bed in MBR, small bathroom. Getting hot water in shower is counterintuitive. The second BR (just an alcove) is a twin bed jammed between two walls. Overall, a nice unit but could use some TLC.

No hot water for the entire 2 nights stay. Dirty stiff washcloth found draped over shower curtain rod. Advised the owner at checkout via text of the lack of hot water and the dirty washcloth and received no response. Location is nice with a nice view of the river from the bedroom window. Nice pool for use during warmer weather. The renovation was done nicely with a nice modern appearance. Queen bed was comfortable. The twin size bed is not in a bedroom it’s in a nook or small space but it’s fine for a smaller person to sleep. The property could have been a little cleaner given the high cleaning fee.

Misleading descriptor. Not well kept. Too much to list here. I’ve taken photos of all my disappointments of this experience, which was supposed to be special.

Location is an absolute winner! Less than 15 minutes walking to Cocoa Downtown. Interior isn't luxurious, but better than hotels in the area. Spacious parking lot (I have easily pulled in full size SUV).

Convenient

Cute space within walking distance to Cocoa village. The space was just the right size for the four of us for one night. Only suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the twin bed. Queen bed was comfortable. The unit was stocked with plenty of towels. Even coffee pods were provided.

This is a great property within walking distance to the historic district. It was clean, and quiet! We will look to stay here again the next time we come back to Cocoa.

Fantastic location. Everything we needed.

Stayed here during a trip to Kennedy Space Centre. Really cute apartment. Had some difficulties finding it at first. Handy for the pool, sea stroll and lovely village nearby. The single bedroom was very tight so we didn’t use it and used the sofa bed instead. Otherwise really happy we found this.

Cocoa Village Condo

Renovated property. Pretty tiny but perfect for 2 people. Spare room with bed doesn’t appear to have AC in it and have to leave door open. 5 minute walk to downtown cocoa Village. Nice view of river and pool. Outdoor parking convenient. M

Great place for a short stay!

My daughter had a softball tournament in Merritt Island so we needed a place mainly to sleep as we were at the ball field all day. This place was perfect for the 2 of us! The apartment is super cute, clean, and comfortable. The apartment buidling is cute, clean, and quiet. Also, the view of the pool and banana river is beautiful! We were bummed that we never got back early enough to the pool. It looks like a wonderful place to relax. :-) Just be aware that the second "bedroom" is pretty much a bed in what maybe used to be a closet? If you look at the picture of a bed with green leaves on it, wedged between 2 walls, that is the second bedroom. It is great for kids but may not work as well for grown-ups. Also, the parking behind the building is very tight. If you have a large vehicle (like a truck) make sure you are comfortable backing a long way out of parking lots because you won't be able to turn around.
