We had an amazing stay in Cocoa Fla. the apartment was just what we were looking for. The only problem was that we didn’t have a remote for the living room light. Other than that we had a lovely time.

Its a cute little property in a great location. 5 minute walk to cocoa village! Must have a chocolate crossaint at Ozarios! Just understand that the twin bed is in a kinda closet area. There are no outlets. Bring extension cord and fan. It was fine for 2 nights. The sofa bed was fine. The queen bed was comfy. Easy check in. Its steps from the pool which was cool on a hot summer day. We booked for location to kayak on Merritt Island! Great deal!!! The owner was great and easy to get in touch with! :)

Fantastic location and super clean unit...Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The unit itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful and the onsite pool was wonderful during the heat. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great Location

Walking distance to Cocoa Village is the BIG attraction. The condo is O.K. - a little more attention to cleaning detail would be appreciated, as would a better stock of cutlery! Biggest issues was noise from people moving around upstairs - possibly an artifact of the buildings age - maybe carpet in the upstairs unit would help?

Nice stay

Great location for everything that we wanted to do. Check in was easy. There could have been better direction to the parking lot since quite a few of the roads are one way. The unit was quite. I think that we were the only people who used the pool during our wntire stay. There were a few small items that the condo seemed to be missing, but really not a big deal. We usually pack lunches and most places have a drawer with sandwich bags, twist ties, rubber bands, and that sort of thing. The dish liquid was also empty. Small things, but something to consider for future guests. Overall great stay.

Walking distance to Cocoa Village

We loved our two week stay. The location couldn't be better. It's right next to the pool on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. We walked in to the Village a couple of times a day to shop and eat. We were at The Wine Lady so often people started to know us by name. :). There are some really good restaurants there. The condo was convenient to exploring the Space Coast and Cocoa Beach. A dedicated parking space is provided. We even cooked a couple of meals there. The place isn't very big but the owner has done a remarkable job with making use of the space. It is beautifully decorated with nice finishes. We would definately stay there again.

Great location

The location is great and the neighborhood very quiet. Nice to be able to easily walk to the heart of Cocoa village for shopping and dining.

Cozy VRBO in Stuart Village

Location is excellent—short walk to the shops and restaurants. The unit is cozy—good sofa and TV, comfortable bed in MBR, small bathroom. Getting hot water in shower is counterintuitive. The second BR (just an alcove) is a twin bed jammed between two walls. Overall, a nice unit but could use some TLC.

No hot water for the entire 2 nights stay. Dirty stiff washcloth found draped over shower curtain rod. Advised the owner at checkout via text of the lack of hot water and the dirty washcloth and received no response. Location is nice with a nice view of the river from the bedroom window. Nice pool for use during warmer weather. The renovation was done nicely with a nice modern appearance. Queen bed was comfortable. The twin size bed is not in a bedroom it’s in a nook or small space but it’s fine for a smaller person to sleep. The property could have been a little cleaner given the high cleaning fee.

Location is an absolute winner! Less than 15 minutes walking to Cocoa Downtown. Interior isn't luxurious, but better than hotels in the area. Spacious parking lot (I have easily pulled in full size SUV).

Convenient

Cute space within walking distance to Cocoa village. The space was just the right size for the four of us for one night. Only suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the twin bed. Queen bed was comfortable. The unit was stocked with plenty of towels. Even coffee pods were provided.
