Clean cute studio apartment with on site parking and a city parking pass. So close to beach shops and restaurants we walked everywhere. Great weekend!

Very cute, small apartment with an absolutely ideal location. Could not have been a better spot unless you were right on the water. Apartment does have a washer and dryer which I don't believe the ad mentioned. Was nice to have. There was no dust tray to pick up the sand from the floor. I would recommend placing a mat outside the door and have a tray to pick up sand or a vacuum. Very tiny space but cute for 3 or less people.

We absolutely agree that there should be a dustpan available for the sand, and we apologize that one wasn’t there during your stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of the issue until after you had checked out, but as soon as we learned about it, we made sure a dustpan was placed in the apartment for future guests. You cannot beat the location to the beach and amazing shops/restaurants! Very cute little studio apartment.

Beach studio condo

Great location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The place was very well cleaned and had everything we needed for a quick getaway to the beach. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful late summer weekend

Location is so easy to reach everywhere. Very enjoyable and manageable spot in heart of Rehoboth beach.

You can't beat the location of this property, especially for the price. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to not only the beach and boardwalk but also downtown. From the walls to the flooring, the hosts obviously considered every design detail. They also offer a complimentary bottle of local wine.Here are the negatives: -The bed was VERY uncomfortable and loud. Every time you move even an inch, prepare to hear a loud squeak. My back hurt during the entirety from our stay, mostly because of how uncomfortable the bed was.-We got locked out in the middle of the night. Even though we called the emergency number for assistance, we ended up waiting 40 minutes until the operator got through to the host on-call.

Rehoboth beach studio apartment

Amazing location- walkable to everything! Apartment is beautiful and well stocked! Great for a couple or couple and one child.

Perfect Beach vacation

My wife and I had a great time for a short beach getaway. The location of the studio apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed and more at the apartment. We will be back next year for a longer stay.

Perfect Place for a beach weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Good location…

Great location! As others have mentioned, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and there is really only enough hot water for one person to shower which made getting ready at night rather difficult. The place does appear to have been updated recently which was nice and you do get a parking spot.

We are so sorry that you were not satisfied with the bed; it's quite new but maybe not the right firmness for everyone. Thanks for telling us about the hot water . . . we have looked into this issue and have increased the temperature settings on the Hot Water Heater for future guests. The room was nice and clean - perfect for our stay at the beach. The best feature of the room is its location to the beach - a mere walking distance. We did have two minor issues arise -- the kitchen circuit breaker kept tripping and a small leak in the fridge. We informed management as soon as we encountered them, but they weren't deal-breakers. Will definitely come back again!

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay!! Thank you for having little extras (Keurig and K-cups, tray tables, cleaning supplies, etc.). The efficiency was the perfect size and well designed for two adults. It’s located within walking distance to everything!! And I must add, this was the first place in a long time that we rented where we didn’t leave with back pain- the mattress was great!

The location was the highlight. Proximity to the beach does not get any better. The space was smaller than the photos suggested and really only works for two people. A few issues made the stay less comfortable: the outlets on the kitchen side were not functional (so no microwave or Keurig use), the mattress felt uneven and sloped, and hot water ran out after about 10 minutes in the shower. Overall, the beach access was excellent but the accommodations left a lot to be desired.

Perfect for a quick Rehoboth getaway

My wife and I wanted to escape the DC heat for a few days, and wanted an inexpensive place to stay in the heart of Rehoboth - and we found it! This studio apartment is small, but very efficient and cozy, with a comfortable memory-foam bed, big couch, and a compact kitchen. It's just a block away from the beach, with terrific restaurants (like Theo's) just a block or two away. And except for one wall in the shower, this unit doesn't share a wall with any other unit, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. Truly a little gem, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future!

Close to the beach

The perfect room for 2 for a getaway to the beach. Clean room which is in walking distance to everything. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans for cooking. The TV is excellent if needed. The only con was hot water for a shower. Only one fast shower before running out of hot water, which was an inconvenience.
