Welcome military families!! We are just less than 10 minutes to Parris Island!!! Centrally located to everything! Minutes from Spanish Moss trail, downtown, Port Royal as well!
Spacious king bedroom with TV and private bath with 2 shower heads! Lamps with USB chargers built in! All of our beds have linens and we do provide towels. We do NOT provide washcloths.
Open living room to kitchen with a 65' TV! Large COMPLETELY FENCED IN back yard!
Very convenient location! We are in the City of Beaufort! You can walk to a local restaurants (Agave, Alvin Ords Sandwich Shop) Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking supplies! Linens provided! Dogs allowed ($75 pet fee) and we even have a very nice dog park behind house! ****************************************** 28 day rentals or more possible please message me with your dates
Things to do on your trip***** Enjoy Saturday live music over on Parris Ave or after enjoying Sands Beach pop over to Port Royal Community Beer Garden for their live music and food trucks (thu-Sun) MUST DO the Port Royal Farmers market on Sat mornings!!!!!
Having a rainy day? Beaufort has their very own indoor glow golf! Also if time permits Hunting Island State park is only a 25 min drive away! Please note there is a security camera facing the road at the front door. no recording or security cameras are inside of house. Check in using our front door keypad, code will be provided in chat message.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very peaceful! Quiet neighborhood, clean house and spacious backyard for our kids and pups! Our host was amazing and very accommodating.It was a very enjoyable stay for our family.

Mandy & her husband were absolutely awesome! When we needed supplies they provided it in a timely and convenient manner. This was our second stay and it was just perfect! Very convenient and comfortable location for families needing a place to stay for Marine Boot Camp graduation! Semper Fi!

We had a wonderful time in Port Royal/Beaufort SC. This house was lovely. Very clean, beautifully renovated. Big rooms, fenced in yard for the dog, quiet area and a great location to get to everything. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

1 million stars! My dogs loved it! Thank you Mandy for your wonderful quick responses. The house was very clean! This house has a great backyard for your fur babies! Also great for Military graduations! So close to Paris Island! Everything here is provided . Bring your own coffee or pods! The neighborhood is so quiet and you will be close to everything! Great Location and quiet neighborhood. The home was large enough for the two of us and it had a large fenced yard for our small dog to explore. It is close enough to many grocery stores and around the corner from a city park. The host was extremely quick in responses to our enquiries. It was clean and easy to keep clean with the tools provided. We looked forward to our next trip to the area and hopefully this home will be available. Thanks Much!

Our host Mandy was great! I have stayed at other Verbo’s in the past she was top notch. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. I definitely would recommend.

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed are stay at the cottage. It was very spacious and clean with a vintage vibe.. Location was nice and minutes away from the sites. The host was very cordial and helpful to creating a great experience during our visit to Beaufort.

Nice pet friendly home centrally located to all that we wanted to see and do. Host was very responsive and the home was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. Our dog loved the fully fenced spacious back yard and we even took advantage of the nice dog park (Southern Park ?) behind the home. Kitchen had all the things you need if you are going to cook there (we did not), as well as coolers, a k-cup and regular coffee pot - however, I highly recommend going to Coast Roast Coffee in Port Royal ! Port Royal, downtown Beaufort and Hunting Island were on our itinerary and none disappointed us. All were super easy to get to as well. The neighborhood is walkable if you bring your dog. There is an apartment complex across from the home, but it was very quiet on the entire street. We would book again. Thank you Mandy for a wonderful weekend!

Amazing house!

The house was fantastic and very well maintained. It felt more like home than a rental. The location was also great! So much to do within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Fantastic house and location!

Was here for a family reunion. Brought our 2 dogs with us. Great back yard for dogs. House was clean and very comfortable. Dog park was a 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience

Mandy's home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Her hospitality and attentiveness was stellar. We would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in the area and would definitely book again if ever back in the Beaufort area. It was perfect for our family's weekend getaway.

Well equipped, simple, and clean!

I had 3 elderly (76-82 y/o) people with me and the space was exactly what we needed. One story, the space was well equipped and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensiles.We went for Marine boot camp graduation and it was only a 12 minute drive. Will stay again!

Me and my family came down for Marine Corp graduation. Everything was very clean and it was in a great location. I would definitely rent it again.

Really its a spacious comfy house! Very well laid out and close to everything! Plus we have a local dog park that has a large and small dog area, its literally just a 2 min walk away!
