This four bedroom, three bath, two story pet friendly beach house in Hilton Head Island, SC has just been remodeled(quartz countertops and new cabinets) all brand new furniture on lower level and 3 new bathrooms. Sleeps 10 people. Fireplace, large deck, charcoal grill, gas grill and screened in porch add to this fourth row location. (Truly) Less than two minutes to the beach, this home is a great value for one large or two small families. Downstairs has a king in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, and a living area. Upstairs has a king in the master, a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a living area with sofa, kitchen, dining area and a full bath. 4 TVs, DVD. Large Flat screen TV's with HD package in the living room and the Master bedroom. This property also offers washer/dryer on each level. Pet friendly home (a non-refundable pet fee). Free high speed wireless internet access. Heat-able pool & Jacuzzi for additional fee. Enjoy The New Gas Grill Poolside uncrowded beach Convenient to bicycle path, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, & entertainment. Stayed for a few days over thanksgiving. Everything we needed but forgot to bring was in a cabinet. The beach was a few minutes walk away, and everything we wanted to do was close by. Clean and comfortable and would highly recommend.

Hilton Head Family Trip

It’s a pretty house within a short walk to the beach. Pool was a smaller size but was great for our young grandchildren. Rooms were perfect and nicely decorated.

Home worked perfectly for our family, beach access was great and beach was wonderful! Enjoyed the bedrooms allowing space and privacy for all. Communication with host was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for more!

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family, everything was as advertised. The beach was beautiful and very close to the property. The pool and hot tub were an added benefit that our family enjoyed in the evening.

Home is nicely remodeled, in a nice neighborhood. There’s a short walk to the beach and it’s convenient to restaurants and shopping. We loved hanging out and relaxing in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great layout, super easy walk to the beach, we all had our own bathroom, awesome deck and loved the local neighbors! Best kitchen we’ve had in a beach rental. No complaints.

Great spot near Folley Beach

We had a delightful stay here. The owners communication was excellent. Easy access. The house had everything we needed. Loved the deck and backyard. Our pup was very happy…the walk to a gorgeous beach was 2-3 minutes tops. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Nice house for multiple ages!

House was perfect for 3 generations- plenty of space. Pool is great especially for kids. Loved the location- easy walk to the beach even with young children and a wagon of stuff.

We had a great vacation. This rental was great for our trip. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool was great for late afternoon swims. The layout of the home is perfect for families.

Great week at Folly Field

Defining feature is the proximity and easy access to the beach. Spacious, not fancy, indoor and outdoor areas, which was perfect for our group of 5 and 2 dogs. Pet friendly property and neighborhood. Will be back.

Back for our second time!

We enjoyed the house so much the first year we decided to come back. This year did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, splashed in the pool and just a very short stroll to the beach. We will be returning!

Just What We Wanted!

We were so pleased with our stay in Hilton Head! We were meeting family for Thanksgiving and wanted a place that had it all and was near it all. This was it! We appreciated the owners’ suggestions for restaurants and bike rentals. We joined many for the Turtle Trot and cooked a traditional dinner afterwards. The walk to the beach was so close and easy and the comforts of the home appreciated. If we return to HHI, we will stay again!

Wonderful Beach House

Perfect spot for beach activities and family gathering. This house accommodated our extended family including an infant and dog. Plenty of space for everyone including fabulous oversized deck. The heated pool and hot tub were a real treat. 2 minute walk to beach! Well stocked kitchen. Loads for fresh towels. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were exceptionally accommodating to some of special needs. Highly recommend this charming home. Hope to return again!
