This home is absolutely adorable. Very clean and well stocked with everything you can imagine. It literally feels like home! Location is great. It’s a short easy walk to Bay St for shopping, dining and exploring the beautiful historic streets of Beaufort. Host was excellent at communicating prior to our stay and throughout our stay. Had a wonderful book in the home full of resources.Will definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful home with every amenity you could need. Easy walk to Bay Street to enjoy shops and restaurants. Screen porch is an added benefit when the mosquitoes are out and about. Loved the history on the home and the modern feel inside:)

Went to Beaufort SC for a last summer hurrah before school resumed for the kids. It was the perfect trip. The home is so well-stocked and clean. Not a detail left out! The ease and comfort of home. The beds are very comfortable. The house is clean and tidy. The yard is fully fenced, so our dog was also right at home. The location is convenient to downtown Beaufort. A lovely walk downtown (10-15 min). Easy drive to Hunting Island - take advantage of the Park Pass! Cannot recommend this lovely home enough!

Our trip was first booked for summer 2025. Due to a family member illness I reached out to cancel 2 weeks before out trip. Fully expecting to lose our payment. The owner graciously offered to postpone and we choose to go this year. Had the best vacation we have had in years. Every detail has been considered in furnishings . Exceptionally clean. Great communication and a brief walk to the beautiful waterfront. Beds are comfy and bathrooms roomy and well appointed. Beautiful location and outdoor screened porch and fire pit as well. We will stay no other place when we go to Beaufort. Looking to buy ourselves in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay !

The house was great. It has everything you could want and more and it was decorated to make you feel like you were staying with friends. We loved the PacMan machine!

House was very clean, nice & cozy, and kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the porch and putting green in the back as well. Location was very good. Owner was very hospitable and easy to communicate with.

We had everything you could possibly needFrom kitchen to entertainment. Very clean place.Host as extremely friendly and helpful.We brought our pet and they had everything we needed for a perfect stay.We would stay here again and recommend this to our family and friends!

Wonderful stay...

Very happy with this rental. Very well appointed and decorated home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay and explore Beaufort.

Beautifully renovated comfortable home within easy walking distance of downtown. The kitchen is amazing-well supplied with every cooking implement one could need, the bed is comfortable. The fenced in yard is nicely landscaped.ll It’s a delight!

Great house, great location, great host!

Kathy is the most attentive host we’ve ever had. She was quick to respond and provided us with so many tips that we felt like locals. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic mellow vacation!

This place was not only beautiful but had everything we needed and more for our vacation. The kitchen was so well appointed that we enjoyed several meals there rather than going out! The fenced in yard was wonderful for the dog on our trip as well. The location was walkable to the waterfront and all the wonderful shops. We were looking for a low key vacation to spend time with friends and this was exactly it!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I can't say enough good things about our stay! Hosts thought of absolutely everything and were extremely responsive with great information and recommendations...Pruitt's Grocery converted to the most adorable home...incredibly clean and superbly stocked! Perfect location to access all of fabulous Beaufort from. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place for a family vacation

I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, but this location and host have outdone and outshined the rest! The attention to detail was quite impressive, as well as the prompt response to any of my questions. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would return in a heartbeat.

Family of 4

Excellent house and ambience of everything. They have tons of lights in and out of the house that are on timers as well as tons of things for families & kids.
