Admire Intracoastal Waterway views just across the street from this East facing condo, making this the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning while catching the stunning sunrise. This condo is very well-kept, featuring beachy decor and an updated full kitchen with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze, including all stainless steel appliances. The open concept living/dining room is perfect for families or other groups to enjoy some quality time- when you’re off the beach that is. Holiday Villas II offer a large heated swimming pool with a shower station, charcoal grills, laundry facilities, and more! It’s located right on the sand at sought-after Indian Shores Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

great view, comfortable unit

Loved the view of the intercoastal waterway. Although I missed the beach views, it was nice to have shade in the afternoon.

Nice sunrise view from balcony

Pros: Early morning view was the best part. Kitchen equipped well. Bed in master bedroom comfy. Pool warm and clean. Cons: There were about 6 remotes for tv and no instructions on which was for what. Basic information sheet would’ve been most helpful. Was unable to get bedroom tv on at all. Unfortunately the elevator for the building was finicky and the only means to get to unit. A key is required to use the stairwell and not provided to guests. A key is also required to exit pool area closest to elevator. Again not provided. So from the pool area you need to go to beach access gate around the back of the building, then through the parking garage to elevator. Which never accepted access code on the first attempt. Annoying to say the least. Lounge chairs were old and uncomfortable. Overall unit was nice. Though building is in fact on the beach. It was more challenging to get to then other places I’ve stayed across the street from the beach. Which was very disappointing.

Perfect Getaway!

The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. The dining living area is open and spacious. We watched the sunrise while having coffee on the balcony that overlooks the intercoastal waterway. The balcony had warm sunshine in the morning and cool shade in the afternoon/heat of the day which was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows & blankets.

Feeling home by gorgeous beach

It has the private beach access and the beach (Indian Shore) is gorgeous. Bed rooms/ Living rooms and the Kitchen are spacious with enough kitchenwares and bed stuffs (extra pillows and blankets). Some short backs were the building outlook and elevators that have the old and worn appearance...
