We had a great stay!! The only issue I had was on our last day when the dryer lint trap fell out and we couldn’t figure out how to put it back together.

Excellent location for a beach trip! You can easily walk to the beach, breakfast, mini golf, etc, and there's tons to do with just a short drive. The property itself is older, and it could be maintained a bit better. For example the blender didn't work, and I could only find 3 forks. But the AC was cold, the pool was decently clean, especially considering the daily storms while we were there, and our dogs enjoyed watching us in the pool from the porch. Dawon was communicative and tried to address issues that arose. If you're looking for a roomy place with a pool near the beach, this might be it.

Great stay and there was a lot more room than I expected inside condo. Parking is a little tight when people are staying in other units.

Great Location!

Five minute walk to beach and 5-10 minute walk to restaurants. Host very quick to respond.Would definitely stay at this location again.

It was a wonderful location and a wonderful property. A couple of adjustments should be made just for safety reasons. The bathroom tubs are very awkward and slippery and there’s nowhere to put soap or shampoo without it sliding to the drain and we actually had to buy a bathmat so that I wouldn’t slip and get hurt. The bathroom sink on the first floor by the living room. The sink part is coming off the wall, very dangerous the balconies needed cleaning and adjusting, and the living room furniture wasn’t very clean the pillows smelt like cat urine. I feel bad for the host because he was a very nice person and very accommodating, but whoever is supposed to be maintaining his property is not doing a good job.

Family Getaway

Location is great! Close to beach, restaurants and plenty of things to do. Overall, this condo is very nice, but it could use some updating and repairs. Having the pool and being able to bring our dog was also a plus. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Make sure you bring your own hand soap, as all soap dispensers were empty. Bath soap and shampoo was enough for just one day.

Nice condo, close to the beach!

Condo was super close to the beach and a short, easy walk! We packed a collapsible wagon full of our beach gear, and were having fun in the sun in no time! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom attached, and the beds were pretty comfy! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we could do laundry each day, and we really appreciate the condo being pet friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and we had an incredible time on our vacation! There was one slight “hiccup” when we tried to check in to the condo, and both the host and VRBO were very quick to rectify the situation. Host was quick to respond to my questions about the condo leading up to our trip, and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

The property was in an excellent location with easy access to the beach. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed - like curtin rod coming out of the wall and the microwave handle. The owner offered to have the handyman come and fix them while we were there, but we opted to have them be fixed after we left. We were unable (unwilling?) to use the dryer because when we opened it, there was a puddle of water in it. We LOVE that we were able to bring our dog! This property had no rugs, presumably because it allows pets, but it always felt like we could never get the sand off of oue feet in the house. The property also has no board games, beach chairs, etc. This wasn't a problem, but I figured shoukd be mentioned in case you're used to staying someplace that provides those things.The pool was great and the water temperature was perfect!
