This exceptional & open layout affords a considerably sized living area and a separate dining room, plus a bonus den! Because this is an exclusive corner unit, this unit has extra windows with waterfront views, so every room is bathed in natural light! In addition, each bedroom has its own private bath with a half bath for guests. The living area has a sectional sofa & chair providing plenty of space for relaxing.

The cook in your family will be happy to prepare your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen, which offers modern appliances, granite countertops, & beautiful custom wood cabinetry. The dining room hosts a formal table with seating for 8.

The bonus den offers a sleeper sofa & love seat, plus a TV creating the perfect spot for kids or teens to hang out! The oversized gulf front balcony features a chaise lounge, an outdoor table & seating for five.
