We offer you this cozy small apartment for rent as an ideal base for your stay in the Azure Capital. Perfect for a couple, our accommodation has been designed for your comfort during your sunny getaway.



Located on the second floor of a residential building in Nice without an elevator, the apartment is air-conditioned in the living area & has been carefully decorated while optimizing its spaces. Although having a restricted surface area of 22m2, everything has been thought out to make you feel at ease during your stay.



You will be located in the immediate vicinity of Jean Médecin shopping avenue, in the city center, but also just steps away from Nice-Ville SNCF Station to enjoy day trips and discover the treasures of the French Riviera.



It is arranged as follows:

- You will enter directly into the living area consisting of an open kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The living area has a sofa, dining table & chairs, a Smart TV, free Wifi connection & a storage closet.

- The living room also opens onto a small street-facing balcony to enjoy breakfast or moments of relaxation under the Nice sun! Windows are double-glazed.

- To the right of the living area, you will find: the bedroom with a double bed size 140x200 (comfort mattress from Tediber brand) & its adjoining bathroom with WC, sink unit, shower & towel dryer.



The apartment's downtown location allows you to easily explore the city on foot or use public transportation thanks to the proximity of tram or bus stations.



The products made available during stays are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.
