We had a great time, very convenient to the lake,updated and clean. We especially enjoyed the the kayaks and fire pit by the lake. We would love to come again!

We loved our stay on Seneca Lake! The home was perfect for us! We especially loved the kayaks and fire pit for night time s’mores! Two kitchens was also perfect since we have a gluten free and dairy free family member! Thank you Bill!

This is a beautiful property that we visited for fall leaf-peeping and several parks chasing waterfalls. From the first booking to follow-up after we visited, the host was extremely helpful with many, many recommendations - more than we were actually able to take advantage of! The house is very welcoming. It is perfect for extended families with the way the first and second floors are laid out.While we didn't partake of the vineyards, they are numerous!We would love to come back to take advantage of the summer activities available. The views were outstanding!

This was in such a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the lake and dock access. It was also close to wineries, restaurants, state parks, waterfalls, and hiking. I highly recommend! We had such a fun and relaxing time and will definitely be back. Bill was such a pleasure, and communicated very well with us and offered many suggestions in the area. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

The Lodi House had 4 bedrooms and baths and 2 complete kitchens and living rooms as well as decks overlooking the beautiful Seneca Lake. Bill Snook, the owner, answered all our questions, provided hiking and restaurant ideas, and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our visit. This booking was an excellent choice.

I loved this home. The layout worked really well Well stocked clean and comfortable. The view from the front porch is amazing. Gorgeous sunsets every day. Location was great. Close to Watkins glen and multiple wineries. We went to a Corning museums on rain days. Just the perfect spot. I loved the finger lakes. The host Bill Was super helpful.

Our family has taken spent summer lake weeks for 15 years, all on Canandaigua and Honeoye before this year. Bill’s property has set a new standard for our Finger Lakes vacations! The home is well appointed and spacious for 8 adults, with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms providing plenty of comfort and privacy. The dock and beach area are very nice, and the water quality is outstanding for the swimmers and fishermen in our group. Bill is an outstanding host and made the check-in/check-out processes very easy. He also provided many great recommendations for local restaurants, wineries and other activities, and quickly addressed any minor issues or questions that came up. We’ve found our new summer home in the Finger Lakes, and we’ll certainly be back!

Our stay in the Finger Lakes was perfect. We were in the area for a graduation. The house met all our expectations. The property had every amenity and was extremely clean and well cared for. Bill was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He provided lots of information about the area and resources for shopping and dining making things easy for us. The lake is beautiful and so much to do in the area. I highly recommend this property and host.

This house was awesome with incredible views! The home had lovely decor and the kitchen had everything we needed. Mornings and evenings on the dock were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Our host checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything which was very thoughtful and professional! We had an amazing stay and sure hope to go back!

The house was very clean, roomy and comfortable for a group of 8 adults. We very much enjoyed our stay as we toured the wineries and nearby state parks. Our host, Bill, was quickly responsive to all questions and provided great recommendations on places to tour, wineries for tastings and places to dine.

This home was perfect. The lake view and sunsets were fantastic. The house was great with everything you could ask for (utensils, towels, games, etc.). We had fun kayaking on the lake and exploring the wineries/breweries in the region. Bill was very communicative and gave us several recommendations of where to visit. We would return to this location in a heartbeat.

Great spot

Our family had a fantastic stay. It’s a perfect setup for mixing peaceful lake time with area sites. Bill was a fantastic host and had thought of everything to make it a very comfortable vacation. Already thinking about a return visit!
