The cottage was incredibly clean and its lakeside location afforded my family ample opportunities to kayak, swim and relax by the water. We had a great time and our hosts did an amazing job.

This was a family vacation. We enjoyed the cottage, kayaking,canoeing, paddle board, fires and smores and playing board games. Everything you need is close by. We had a great week and hope to be back soon. Thank you!!

Excellent experience

This cottage was the perfect place for a small family reunion for a water-loving bunch. Feras went out of his way to welcome us and make us feel at home with the many special touches (welcome basket, goodies, etc.). The cottage provides a well-equipped kitchen. Having use of kayaks, canoe and fire pit added so much to our experience. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect cottage on Cobbosseecontee Lake

Cozy Keyes Cottage is the perfect title for this home. From the moment you enter you appreciate the homey atmosphere and the attention the owners pay to detail. The immaculate cottage is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Feras responds quickly to any questions or concerns and goes out of his way to insure you have an enjoyable stay, complete with a nicely stocked welcome basket. If you plan to visit the area, Cozy Keys will not disappoint!

Love Cozy Keys

We had another amazing week at Cozy Keys. I must say that Feras and team do an awesome job preparing their VRBO for their guests. Every big AND small detail is to perfection. Cozy Keys has everything you need upon arrival. Feras is also available at a moments notice if needed. His communication is on point. We will definitely be back again in 2025.

Lakeside beauty and amazing accommodations!

I'd never seen such an accommodating and responsive host in my life! Feras reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. In fact, prior to our stay, we reached out with concern over the record high temps that were expected. So, even though the unit already has a strong mini-split system, he went out and got two brand new bedroom window AC units for us!The house was as expected and very comfortable. Everything in great condition. Two good sized bedrooms, comfortable living room large Roku TV. Gas kitchen, probably could use a few more pot/pan sizes, but other than that was fully stocked. New wood deck with grill, firepit, your own dock and paddleboats, kayaks and canoe. We took the canoe for a little spin around the lake. Soooo beautiful. Great location, right on the water, 7 minutes from Rt 95, gas stations, supermarket, coffee all a few minutes away, and a nice restaurant/brewpub a 1 minute walk.Neighbors are relatively close on the sides, so it's not like a wooded/isolated area, but we hardly ever saw anyone anyway. and we had more than enough space and privacy.Next time we stay in the area, we'll defiitely look for this unit

In Augusta for Family Reunion

The property was right on the lake, very clean and well-equipped. Feras was very professional and helpful to us -- always prompt to respond to a question. The only reason we gave it a 3 star for location was the traffic noise from rt. 202 was almost non stop. Though it did not bother us much, dogs are more sensitive.

Blissful stay at Cozy Keys Cottage

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Everything was perfect—fully equipped and supplied, near a fishing lodge where we rented a pontoon and bought fishing equipment, and secluded but not so remote. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, canoeing, and sitting around the fire pit at night. Feras left us a lovely basket of snacks and fresh-cut flowers and was so communicative. I highly recommend Cozy Keys Cottage!
