Everything was clean, close to downtown and comfortable. We didn’t realize that there was a parking charge, but garage was convenient.

Convenient property for skiing at Breck. The condo is clean and functional. Pots/pans are non stick but scratched so could use an upgrade but functional. Everything is very comfortable.

This is the 3rd time weve stayed at this property. Its just wasy. They got a new coffee pot which was needed. Kitchen has the essentials, nothing famcy.

Great space and location

We stayed here for a ski trip with our family and absolutely loved the condo and the location! It was everything we needed and the amenities of Beaver Run are great! Close to the ski lifts and walkable to downtown Breckenridge for shopping and eating.

Summer getaway

It was a great location for getting to town. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we came back from hiking, paddleboarding, etc in the area!

The apartment is super comfortable and it has all we needed. Beaver run has good amenities and ski in/ski out, what else???

Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants

Condo was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Location was just a quick walk to downtown restaurants and shopping.

Great location to Beaver Run Lift

The amenities including Spencers restaurant were wonderful. Ski loockers and ski in/out was easy. We did not have children, but many did and it was not at all evercrowded with kids and kids were having a great time too.

Great location

Nice and close to the main street. Shuttle to and from the bars/ restaurant was a plus. Came home from dinner to find the kids enjoying the game room and pool table. We will stay here again.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at beaver run. Its super convenient to the lift, ski lessons and even downtown. The kids lovee the arcade and indoor/outdoor pool. The property was clean and well furnished. Kitchen had good variety of dishware including a slow cooker and both coffee pot and keurog and general spices. Would definitely look to stay at this property ahain.

Wonderful and clean!

Great location + Awesome Amenities for kids

We had a great time staying at Beaver Run. We've been coming to Beaver Run for about 10 years now. My 3 year old loved the arcade and pool. My 10 month old loved that the pool was heated! Great location to Main Street. You can easily walk it, but my kiddos loved the shuttle option to town! Would definitely stay at this unit again!!
