We supplied 10 bath towels, 10 beach towels, and 2 bath mats, then delivered 6 additional brand-new towels—for a total of 26 towels for 4 guests staying 4 nights—plus extra bath mats. An in-unit washer and dryer were available throughout your stay. The tankless water heater has separate hot and cold controls, with instructions for adjusting the temperature. In 5 years, no other guest has reported a similar issue. Both bedrooms have ample hanging space and ample hangers. The guest closet has shelving; the primary bedroom has a double wardrobe with large basket drawers. Storage is as pictured; no dressers are shown. Full blackout curtains are installed behind the solar shades, and both bedrooms have white-noise machines. Our location on the lively Isla Verde Strip is clearly identified. We offered 3 times to repair the loose doorknob. You advised us not to come and said you would tighten it using the toolkit in the utility drawer. For context, building security issued your group a documented fine for entering the lobby barefoot and dripping wet, violating building rules. We responded throughout your stay, delivered extra supplies, and accommodated check-in 3 hours early and checkout 6 hours late, all at no charge. We stand firmly behind the accuracy of our listing and the attentive service we provided.
