We had a great stay! It was an amazing place staying with kids especially. Safe, clean, all the facilities were great and so fun with the pools. Laura was responsive and provided a lot of details and things we needed to know for prepping for our trip! We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone coming to PR! Great location too to be close to some of our favorite places and getting to explore Loiza!

We had a great time staying here with our two kids. So much to do and everyone was very nice. The buildings have some wear from storms, but everything was clean and well stocked. We’d definitely book here again.

Our stay was great. Kids loved the pools. We went to a different one every day. Beach in the late afternoon and heated pool in the evening.Condo was comfortable and clean, Juan Carlos was extremely helpful!

The unit is well maintained and we were able to take advantage of the many amenities that aquatika has to offer (pools, putt-putt, beach access, etc). Juan Carlos was incredibly helpful with getting us checked in (even though we didn’t get to PR until close to midnight!) and gave us plenty of food and activity recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our trip to Puerto Rico. It was perfect for our family of four and truly exceeded expectations. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for both relaxing and beach time—chairs, towels, snorkel gear, beach toys, and more.The kitchen had all the essentials, which made meals easy, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the ocean view from the deck and how quickly we could step right onto the beach.Juan Carlos, the property manager, was excellent—very communicative, helpful with check-in and check-out, and provided great local recommendations that enhanced our trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a convenient and well-equipped beachfront stay.

This condo had everything we needed from jitchen supply to beach play toys. The beach was great nice and quiet. The pools were amazing, nice and warm. The lazy river was closed so we didnt experience that but the slide was nice for the kids. Juan Carlos was great, gave us a lot of information and made check in easy.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice beach, clean warm pools and hot tub. Condo was in great shape with plenty of room and had a nice outdoor sitting area. Great place to sit and have morning coffee. JC did a wonderful job and met us at the front gate to see us in when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us some good ideas for attractions and restaurants. He also stopped by when we were leaving to see us off. Thank you.

This is the second time staying at aqutika. It's a fun, clean and secure property. JC is a great host. He made sure we had everything needed to make our trip outstanding.

Family friendly!

Juan was great and VERY responsive with any questions we had. The rental was clean and in great condition! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place for kids

We had a wonderful time at Aquatika. The pools and beach were great, and we had everything we needed at the condo - towels, floats, chairs, etc. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we will definitely be visiting again!

great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Juan Carlos was amazingly helpful and nice. Very clean, lots of toys and recreational items to use in pools etc. Top notch appliances and beds are comfy. Great place to stay for a larger group on the go like we were.

Wonderful Place and Location

Juan Carlos couldn’t be more accommodating! The location was great! Walk out of the unit to the pool or beach. We truly had an amazing time in Puerto Rico!

Wonderful Family Friendly Getaway!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with activities for the kids. They provided beach toys, soccer and basketballs, goggles, and so much more! We had a great view of one of the pools and the beach in the distance. The property manager was very helpful and friendly during our stay. This is a great place to stay for families.

Everything was amazing! This is including the check in process. Very easy! Juan Carlos is very helpful and kind. The owner is super nice and always responds to all messages right away. The condo is super clean and has everything you need. This is our 2nd time staying there and will be back.
