Great But

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been staying at this unit for going on 20 years. So has that sofa. Great location and views, ideal for those of us who want to be in the middle of town. But a few updates desperately needed (couches, more and better cookware which is presently tired and minimalist, plus might be nice to have a TV manufactured less than 10 years ago that actually runs streaming apps). The folks who manage at SMR are great; they need to use their powers of persuasion to coax the unit's owner into putting a few bucks into updates.

The VRBO is fantastic. Location is great, the home is awesome. The hot tub is a super bonus. I would 100% stay again, and recommend. We're snowboarders so the walk to either the gondola or quicksilver super chair is totally manageable. Walk to Tin Plate to get really great pizza -- so worth it. Thanks for a great VRBO.

I am afraid to say something nice about this property because then other people will want to book it and there won't be availability for us. After renting multiple locations over the years, we found our go to spot. Location was excellent to main street and bike trails yet feels isolated from the hustle. The unit is great size and more importantly, comfortable. We used the hot tub (easy). Grocery store one block up the street was handy. Check-in process smooth. Kitchen was good size and had everything we need. Fireplace came in handy at night. Loved everything about this place.

Amazing spot

This property was truly amazing! The most perfect location in the heart of Breck and the hot tub was a perfect touch. Will definitely be back!

Nice Stay

We loved the location and layout of the unit - the living and dining space are large. However the sofas and mattresses are older and a bit uncomfortable. Replacing them would make the place ideal! We took advantage of the hot tub with the panoramic views of the mountain. Overall, a nice stay!

Unit was well appointed, and although it showed some wear, it was comfortable. The carpets and furniture is at the end of it’s useful lifespan.

2nd time vacationers. This is a nice home and makes Breckenridge a walkable town. Host was very quick to respond to the few questions we had.

So cute!

Right off of Main Street, very cute place. The hot tub is on a shared patio which was a little weird but we never saw anyone else. Linens were a bit scratchy but it was well worth it for the location!

Great location with great amenities.!

Our family of 6 for nicely into this we'll appointed unit. We loved the great location so close to shops and restaurants. Quiet at night without much street noise. Private hot tub was wonderful. Unit had everything we needed and checkout was super easy. Host was very responsive to questions. Definitely will visit this place again!

Winter break

We chose to stay in Breckenridge because of its traditional ski town feel. Ive lived in the area and my kids still do, which is why we were there for my kids winter break. The property was larger than expected and super cozy. I enjoyed that the bedrooms were all upstairs to accommodate those that wanted to stay up later or get up earlier. Would definitely refer others to stay there!

Christmas week

Stayed 5 nights with our adult children. Great location, weather was perfect with a white Christmas. Would highly recommend this place. Gave it a 4 star because Kitchen was limited with glassware, no pot holders or dish towels, only 2 kitchen hand towels, couch’s were very worn and dishwasher very dated. Hot tub and fire were great after Returning from a long day of skiing

Very good location. We did find the hot water supply was lacking for the 5 of us and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes thoroughly (maybe a hot water issue there too ?)

Wonderful location

This property was great! The location couldn’t have been better, a block from all the shops and restaurants! We walked everywhere! Also the unit itself has multiple balconies with a beautiful Mountain View! The private hot tub was another bonus, but it overlooked the street and mountains….absolutely stunning! Property management was great at communicating. Exceeded our expectations!
