Suite #3 - Elegant, one bedroom suite located on Grand Street in historic Newburgh.
The building is only 3 blocks (1/2), mile from the Hudson River and river walk, where you may choose from and enjoy multiple restaurants and entertainment venues. Only 1 mile from the Ferry, which can take you to the city of Beacon to catch the train to New York City. This beautiful, historic building has been completely renovated and features new plumbing, electricity, fixtures, flooring and high-end furnishings throughout. Laundry facilities on premises. Private parking lot.
THE SPACE:
One bedroom, kitchen with supplies, bathroom, dining room with opening to living room, and an office complete with wi-fi access. Queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room.
GUEST ACCESS
Private parking available in lot next to building. Street parking is permissible, but pay attention to street signs indicating days for alternate side of street parking. Building may be accessed through both front and rear entrances. Short walk or drive to the Hudson Riverfront where multiple restaurants and entertainment venues await you.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
During your stay, maid service will clean your room every two weeks, including fresh bedding and towels, unless otherwise instructed.
