Julie was very quick to respond on booking our stay. Gave us all the info needed. On arrival the property was as described but really so much nicer. The cabin was very clean and fresh. Nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. My wife is very picky and absolutely loved it. The deer in the yard feeding in the morning was a plus!! Thank you Julie for a great stay!!! We totally recommend you!!!

Great, cozy cabin

Great place to stay for a Beacon/Newburgh trip if you have a car, or like me, don’t mind hilly bike ride to and from. Cozy and affordable.

Quiet Short Stay

The cabin was great. We drove to Beacon (15min) and spent a day. We plan to return in the Spring/Summer.

Great little place

This place is wonderfully done. You feel like your in the middle the woods because its just so peaceful. The only recommendation is to upgrade the mattress, otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Perfect location @ a fair price

Needed an inexpensive option for an overnight stay near Heritage Financial Park near Fishkill, NY. This place was ideal location- easy access off the highway & within 15 min of the Ball Park. Clean & cute as could be. Very private. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

Everything was as it says it was. Place was spotless. In the evening and morning you didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. Was quiet and peaceful. Communication with the property owner was outstanding.

Cozy Overnight Accommodation

A bright and surprisingly well furnished space considering its "tiny house" appearance (refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, snacks). The bathroom looks newly renovated, is stylish and spacious. The location is quiet and private, as well as very convenient to Rte 9W. When there were communication glitches, Julie was very responsive. One note of caution: if you don't care for lilac/purple paint on the walls, you might want to choose one of her other cabins; I wouldn't paint my own walls that shade, but it didn't detract from the experience.

I immediately loved the idea of this little cabin all to ourselves. It was a great place for my little dog who is very reactive to other dogs. I was disappointed for a few reasons: 1) the dead bolt on the door did not work; 2) the sink drained VERY slowly; 3) I could not get the Keurig coffee maker to work at all. I'm sure all these issues could be fixed.
