Fully upgraded kitchen with new appliances. Partially upgraded bathrooms and freshly painted walls. Ideal single level layout with great ocean views. Easy access from parking to the condo. The guest bedroom bedding configuration can be converted into king size, great for two couples or families with kids. Beautiful views from the lanai to spend a relaxing day. Portable AC units are provided for your comfort. The amenities include tropical basket of goodies upon arrival, washer and dryer for your convenience, and a variety of beach equipment. The resort offers a saltwater pool, tennis courts, and a newly upgraded BBQ area. Walking distance to world's famous beaches, fine dining, shopping, and many more fun activities within the Poipu area.

Check in time is 4pm which I think is really late. I think 2pm is reasonable because you have to check out by 10am. The Property is well kept and maintained. Thanks for all the beach supplies! I would come back.

Very pleasant room, nice view. Very generous welcome basket on arrival. We had a great stay with no complaints. I would recommend this property for location and value.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved looking out the balcony to the ocean. Walking to Poipu Beach every night to see the turtles. Loved the pool and how hot the hot tub was. I would definitely go back and say there.

Loved our stay. Unit was well stocked. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset. Grateful for the beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. They even kindly accommodated a late check out to bridge the gap between check out in Poipu and our check in time in Princeville. Will stay again!

Perfect ocean retreat

Overall, the location was perfect and it was awesome to hang out at the lanai and look at the ocean and hear it. The pool is great as well. Slightly dated on the inside, but still great and location can’t be beat.

We stayed here with our family of four. Our flight had landed early, and when we arrived, the unit was still being cleaned, but we were still able to check in 90 minutes or so early, which was a huge help. There was a lovely welcome basket with tropical juices and chocolate-covered macadamia's waiting for us.The good: The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, including with staples and dishwasher, and each bedroom had a portable A/C unit. The unit has laundry and had laundry soap, and the bathrooms were stocked with extra TP, Kleenex, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge both worked well. the location was excellent, walkable to coast hiking trails and Poipu beach park, and a short drive from shops and restaurants. The not-as-good but OK: Living room furniture wasn't all that comfortable. The small A/C units couldn't keep up with the heat, so even with the doors closed, we couldn't get the temperature down to 75. The doors had to stay open to have any chance of cooling the living room even a little. The bad: Our first morning, just as we were making breakfast, the power went out. After an hour, we realized all the neighbors had power. I got the property manager to reset the breaker, but then it went out again. Turns out, the property owner had not paid the electricity bill! After some texting back and forth, the owner got it resolved a couple of hours later, and did refund us 100 for the inconvenience.

Lovely condo and location!

This was a perfect place to stay for our week in Kauai. It had everything we needed. The view from our lanai was so lovely. The welcome basket of fresh pineapple and Hawaiian treats was much appreciated. We would stay here again.

Great everything

Everything about this place was great. The management company was very quick to answer any questions, the unit was exactly as described, the location was amazing and overall a great space for a family of four with two teenage boys.
