Couples Getaway - this 1BR, 1 Bath rental has a full kitchen and is 1 block from all the restaurants and shops! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. A great place to snuggle up after a fun day exploring the area. Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water from the apartment and balcony. Free parking for two vehicles and easy contact-free entry.


**Occupancy limit is 2 (including infants/children)..**

This property is part of a 3-unit building. The upper 2 units share a balcony but have separate areas for sitting (see photos). The unit is private, but is near the other 2, so please expect some interaction with other people on occasion. We have provided noisemakers to help reduce any disturbances, but please know that the location of this unit is along the main street of Saugatuck, and summer months are busy and full of people enjoying themselves late into the night. :-)

Very clean, outstanding communication, loved being able to walk to great food and unique shops! This host puts a lot of love and thought into the details - everything that we could’ve possibly needed was right where we needed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rental. Excellent location in Saugatuck-one block from shopping area, beautiful view overlooking Lake Kalamazoo and parking right outside the door. Nicely decorated and furnished with everything necessary for any length stay. We intend to return next year.

Unbeatable location! Steps from downtown but still far enough away for peace and quiet in the evenings. Convenient parking, thoughtful amenities, and lovely hosts. Will definitely be back!

Very cute place! Super close to downtown. We walked there for lunch, dinner, and to shop. We loved the view from the deck. The apartment had everything we needed!

This condo was perfect for us! Beautiful view, clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything in Saugatuck. After we booked on VRBO, we were sent a detailed list of places to eat and things to do. It was so helpful! Communication was great and I would 100 percent recommend this PLACE. We will for sure stay here again in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The entire town was walkable from this space. Having a beautiful lake view in the back was a major perk as well. The host was fabulous and accessible. We especially loved the message she sent us prior to the trip with tons of recommendations! We will be back and look forward to staying at their property again!

Wow! Would recommend to ANYONE. The CUTEST Place, so clean, equipped with everything. Nice deck furnature, so nice waterview, but still private from house next door. Host awesome, very kind and communicative. Right next to down town and all the great bars resaurants and, OOWWW, THE SHOPPING!!
