Also in this area is a dining table that will seat 5. A zinc topped counter separates the full kitchen. A wonderful balcony is outside the sliding glass doors. With comfortable chairs, a table and a view of the ocean, this is a perfect place to unwind.

Up to the third floor loft you find another view of the water through the eyebrow window. This floor is the perfect getaway for the kids. There is a small sofa and a TV on this floor. Great hangout for the kids while meals are being fixed.

This home is in a perfect location being close to the Coqina pool and easy walking distance to the beach. The town center is a short stroll away. The boardwalk to the beach is steps from the front door. The house is close enough to the eastern and western greens for playtime but far enough to be away from the noise.

Prior to checkin at Rosemary Cottage Rental you will pay a cleaning fee of $371. You might want to get your own damage insurance.
