We had a great time and loved the carriage house - the location is WONDERFUL. We rented a car, but didn't drive one time the entire trip.

Amazing location close to shops and beach. Had everything we needed for a quick family get away to the beach. The listing did not effectively advertise that you have to walk through a courtyard with an unfenced pool to get to the entrance, and you are also unpermitted to use this pool This was a disappointment and safety concern for our stay, as we have a rebellious 5 year who kept trying to leave the house to go swimming. But otherwise, it was great and would return to Rosemary Beach and this property!

Disappointed! Lots of potential but in desperate need of a facelift. The furniture was worn, dirty and uncomfortable. The walls need fresh paint. The floors need to be re-done. This place is not what's pictured or described. The location was perfect but we wouldn't stay here again when there are so many other options.

Baby moon getaway

Wonderful place for a couple or small family. Location couldn’t be better. The carriage house was well equipped with all we needed.

Great location

We had a great stay. The carriage house is right in the middle of “downtown” and was a wonderful retreat. We’ll be back!

Perfect Rosemary Beach Escape

Could not have asked for a better location or escape from the frigid northeast for a couple. This house was perfect for my wife and I -- centrally located in Rosemary beach - a quick walk to the beach or to 30A. We walked to our favorite eateries or strolled the beach or just spent time in the back yard by our private pool. We loved this location.

Property is great because it’s close to everything. Overall a good place to stay. But for price, I expect a better Mini couch was dirty and cushions on the accent chair are old and stained. Bistro set in the balcony is old and rusted.

This place is all about the location! It’s just a block from the pool and beach, and even closer to Barrett Square. We barely had to use our car and everything was within walking distance, which made the trip so easy and enjoyable.The only downside was the cleanliness of the floors and shower. It didn’t seem like the floors were thoroughly mopped before we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. The seating could also be improved. There are only two wicker chairs and one oversized chair, so it’s not quite the same as having a full couch.Those were minor drawbacks, though. Overall, you’re paying for the location—and this one absolutely delivers.

The cutest cottage with an AMAZING location!

Me and the hubs greatly enjoyed our four night getaway at the Crow’s Nest! Super cute, cozy and the perfect location. You are right in the mix of all things, walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway to Rosemary.

Great location to beach and very walkable to eateries. Upstairs bed/loft area was a lot warmer than downstairs unfortunately. We stayed for 3 nights, had enough laundry detergent but did have to purchase more toiletries since there’s only tiny products provided. Overall, I would stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends!

Best location in Rosemary Beach!

This carriage house was absolutely perfect for our family! We could walk to the beach, shops and all nearby restaurants! It was comfortable and quiet at night. The pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off and the bikes included with the rental were the perfect touch! Have already recommended to many friends looking to stay here in the future!
