This beautiful third floor townhome includes access to a private rooftop deck, creating an ideal romantic spot to watch the sunset. You’ll feel like a true Savannahian with “front door” access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy reading a book or just watching the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

No matter how you start your day - perhaps with a walk to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone, or some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square - you’ll want to end a night (or two) on the roof, enjoying a glass of wine and your private view.

Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, apartment was clean and spacious, and check in/out process was easy.As stated in the listing, there is street noise, so it might be tough for light sleepers. I also asked one question of the property owners and they seemed to give me the generic response, which didn't really apply to this apartment.But overall, great, I would stay there again!

A lovely apartment facing Foresyth park. Stairs are a little steep, but worth the 3rd floor walk up.

Missing some nice touches

Location cannot be beat, but there are some details that would make this place stand out. Safety: adding non-keyed deadbolts on all external doors would be nice. Also a common monoxide detector. Some water bottles and coffee filters would have been appreciated.

Nice Getaway

Located right in front of Forsyth Park. Close enough to walk to many restaurants and the River Walk. Very enjoyable experience and easy low key mini vacation.

Great Weekend Getaway

We booked this VRBO for a quick (kidless) weekend getaway, and it was perfect for that! Not too big, not too small. 2 TVs for any downtime, and a nice little kitchenette. Perfect location right at Forsyth park, and a great walk (even in the rain or cold) to tons of restaurants and bars.

An Anniversary to Remember

The site was informative, easy to move around, provided consistent and reliable information.The response to questions was so fast and professional. Reading the reviews online helped gauge my expectations and added some useful tips. I would like to provide some as well. Remember to bring some sugar for your coffee, extra t.p. and your preferred bedding if you do not care for a Firm mattress. If you do not mind "white noise" while you sleep you should be good w/the mild traffic noise; being located across from Forsyth Park. It was like were we in a small town. The traffic noise was spotty and actually helped us go to sleep after a busy full day of touring. The unit has comfortable sheets and a huge size bed you'll love. It has all the basic conveniences if you think you won't be outside much. The place was clean and had plenty of towels and a fair shower. The location is the Bee's Knees! You get to be near to all the squares but far away from all the touristy sites and bussle. The center red door was so cute and parking for free on the right side of the building made it easy to unload and load. *When your facing the building w/the park to your back. Pay attention to restriction parking signs for road clean sweep. We did stay on the 3rd floor and yes, I can confirm the steps are narrow and steep. It was fine because it got in our exercise. Be prepared with comfortable shoes throughout your stay. Still, the city provides free CAT bus shuttles with A/C and it was so sweet and fun to use. Access points at the corner intersections watch for DOT signs. Oh yes, the small balcony is located between the homes w/no view of the park. I think they are doing some minor repairs on the lower courtyard? Our stay was fantastic, comfortable and so so cute and new for us. We could not have had a better stay & we will recommend them. See you again soon!

Wonderful property!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It is in a fabulous location. It was exactly as advertised, the communication with the property manager was outstanding, making the check-in/check-out process very easy. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip

Had a weekend stay in Savannah. A great central location. Only disappointment was there were no paper towels and the remote batteries were dead. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

Great location, cute apartment

Amazing location right on the park. We walked everywhere to enjoy dinner Friday, downtown/historic district on Saturday and then drove to check out the cemetery on the way out of town Sunday. Parking was very easy. Cozy bed. Place was as described/pictured. Rooftop terrace doesn't really have a view to speak of but nice for smokers I would imagine. (We don't.)

Nice place to stay. We would gladly stay there again. Clean and tidy; recently updated. Nice view out the front; nice rooftop patio in the back. A bit of a hike to the 3rd floor, but that was expected. The road noise was noticeable, but not bad (it's on a busy street). Parking on a nearby side street was straightforward.

Cute Condo, Perfect for 2!

Easy, contactless check in, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Condo is clean and cute!!! Customer service was very receptive and timely to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!! Beach chairs and beach towels were available as well as coffee, coffee filters, and miniature toiletries. No complaints at all. Perhaps a recommendation, the patio could use an umbrella. It is so hot but some shade would probably make the space more useable. We had a lovely time walking around Savannah, there is lots to do in the area.

Step outside into Forsythe Park

Great location to park. Adjacent buildings under renovations so it is dark and quiet on block so felt a little nervous about walking safety at night. Car Traffic on street is really loud and you can hear it in bed - quiets around 1am-7am. Bed firm but comfortable with crisp clean soft linens. Small kitchenette- probably wouldnt cook full meal but good to reheat leftovers or for small snack, yogurt and fruit. Savannah coffee nice touch. Nice market and coffee shop around the corner at park. 3rd floor walk up so be prepared to carry luggage

My only comment would be to add a super plush mattress pad as the bed is very hard. I have rentals and this is a great way to please everyone - those who prefer hard mattresses and those who like more cushion. Side note, not ADA friendly as there are two flights of narrow stairs. LOVE this property and will definitely rebook. Cheers!

Charming, but traffic noise all the time ruins sleep

The location is literally next to Forsythe Park so an easy walk to downtown, the river district or Enmarket Arena, but the street is super busy, even overnight and the bedroom is street side, so it is nearly impossible to get a good night sleep. No oven or full size fridge, just a microwave, dorm size fridge and 2 burner flat top range. We would have liked to properly warm our delicious restaurant leftovers. Its a 3rd foor unit...3 very long flights up. We got used to it but taking luggage up and down can be a challenge. While it was charming, we probably won't rent this one again.
