Very Clean, well stocked kitchen. Excellent location. We stayed here as a small family with our two toddlers and it was perfect! Love that beach badges were included. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels provided are great quality as well.

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend. Very clean, good size, close to the beach, and provided beach accessories for easier packing.We would definitely look to stay here again.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location. The place is petite but mighty - what a clever layout! It is well-appointed with anything you might need, and so clean and pretty. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An incredible property just four houses from the beach. Extremely well kept. Fantastic job on the new bathroom as I’ve been here multiple times over the years. I can’t express enough how great this location is.

Place was great!

We had a great 4 night stay with our two kids ages 9 and 7. Very clean and comfortable and location is excellent. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely little place, right off the beach and perfectly located. Walking distance from everything needed. House was clean and well renovated.

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage by the beach . I grew up in belmar so it was nice being back home . Will definetely be back for striped bass fall run!!!

This was a perfect rental for 4 people (3 adults and 1 child). It might have been a bit tight with additional people. It's small but very comfortable, with a thoughtful, compact layout - we never felt crowded or on top of each other. It was very clean and well stocked. The linens and towels were all great quality, the beds were comfortable, and the showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beach equipment was in good condition. The location was perfect - being able to walk to the beach was the best part. Parking is very tight and tricky - don't bring an oversized car if you plan to park in the designated area! There is street parking as well. We loved our time here and are planning to return. The host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for a beach wknd

Being so close to the beach and other activities, the house was perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. Beds were comfy and evenings were quiet. The parking was tight but not impossible. Very cute and comfortable would stay again.

Great home for a beach getaway with unbeatable proximity to the beach and restaurants. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Would rent again.

Great house, excellent location.

The house had everything we needed. Just steps to the beach, made it very easy to duck in and out to the beach. And a parking spot! Quick and easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing find!! Incredible location, very clean, and plenty of space! They have everything you need for the beach, and were very accomodating for our children. Can't wait to stay here again next year!
