Check out this recently renovated home located on the Chain between Eagle and Voyageur Lakes! This modern year-round Eagle River vacation rental offers a prime get-away-and-stay retreat! This lakefront cottage boasts a private dock, fire pit, large yard with 100 feet of water frontage and sandy bottom-- no mucky bottom -- for swimming.

Relax in this modern 1-bedroom + den, 1-bathroom home that has been completely redone in November/December, 2019-- everything is new! Enjoy the fun of summer by boating, kayaking, waterskiing, fishing, swimming and enjoy the sunset while sitting around the private fire pit. See the beauty of winter through the enjoyment of the best snowmobile trails Wisconsin has to offer.

Located on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes and on the snowmobile trail, this is the place you'll want to return to for year round fun! Just 5 minutes from grocery store, shopping, bars and restaurants. Excellent fishing off dock and just across channel from Lake Forest golf course. Live music (playing from just across the channel) can be heard every Sunday (Memorial Day - Labor Day) from 3- 6 PM.

SUMMER RENTALS - by the week, some exceptions apply.
WINTER/OTHER seasons: 2-3 night minimum, based on time of year.

Adorable Property - Great Location

Very clean and well furnished cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with (nice) dishes, spices, etc. - far more than we’ve experienced at other rentals. Location was beautiful and close to bars, restaurants, and the Eagle River ice arena. The bed shown in the patio area is a blowup mattress, which is clearly listed in the description, but missed by me when booking. Still plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for our group. We would definitely rebook if in the area again!

Ice fishing trip

Stayed here for an ice fishing trip in January. Property was perfect. Clean, newly updated, excellent communication with property owner, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Would highly recommend!

Great Waterfront Stay!

This cozy, very clean, beautifully renovated and decorated cottage in the woods near the lake made for a perfect 3 day stay in the Eagle River area. The location was easy to find, it was a very quiet location surrounded by woods and very near the lake. Fishing was good in the area,& we enjoyed the Snowmobile Hall of Fame, & Lake Nokomis Cranberry Farm Tour. Thank you to the hosts for the terrific stay.

Very clean

It’s a beautiful property and very clean. Location is very nice in proximity to Eagle River but still quiet enough where do you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of town.

Wonderful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated cottage. The communication with the host/manager was outstanding and any issue we had was handled immediately. Location is great and very close to a boat launch and also close to town and places to drive up with your boat. We had a wonderful time on the lakes with our boat. Watching the wildlife in the yard every morning was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the swing in the backyard every day watching the boats and enjoying the sunset.

Cozy and very welcoming

We loved the cottage! It was very comfortable and decorated in a fresh lake cottage style. We loved the deer in the yard too. The location was perfect! Close to town but very private.

Little Getaway!

Perfect little place on the water. Deer in the yard every morning. Went for walks and they would run in front of us. The little bar down the road treated us as locals. Will be back. Awesome place.

Perfect getaway for our family of 3. House is small but well thought out, updated and clean. We also enjoyed the town of Eagle River which has lovely restaurants too!

Great Location - Beautiful Cottage

We were blown away by the modern renovation of this beautiful little cottage. We picked it because we knew the location was awesome, on the chain and easy trip into Eagle River. The only thing I’d point out to others is it is really small - perfect for couples or family with 1-2 small children. The third bed is actually a blow up bed, which wasn’t clear to me from the listing!

Family Vacation

We had a great time on the Chain. The place accommodated our family of 5. It was very clean and the property manager was very helpful. A tree fell and she had someone there with in an hour to remove it.

Perfect

We fell in love with this little cabin! It is very nicely updated and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is perfect for 2 people, but there are accommodations for more. Kim was very responsive and willing to help in any way. We were sad to leave!

Another wonderful stay!

Our family has stayed at the "Happy Place" property multiple times and we love it! A cozy cottage on the Eagle River chain. A great summer or winter location with direct access to lakes, hiking and snowmobile / ATV trails. We will be back soon!

Cozy, comfy, lovely

I understand why this is the happy place for the owners. Close enough to town if you need anything and not far from plenty of hiking trails. Lovely view of the water. Though it’s winter, I was still able to enjoy the wooden swing. It was a perfect getaway.
