Our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with in-ground pool & hot tub on prestigious 19th St is a place you will want to come back to each and every time you visit the 806. Our 3300 sq ft home is stylishly decorated and boosts 3 huge bedrooms with super comfy mattresses and high end linens. We have a game room with pool table, a dining room to seat 6, washer and dryer and a gorgeous sunroom overlooking the stunning backyard. And you are directly across the street from the University. You can’t get much closer.

This house was even better than the pictures portray. Jana was very prompt to respond with questions or concerns. This was definitely a relaxing trip and we plan to come back again.

I believe, I found the most beautiful gem in Lubbock. Everything about this house was so beautiful, unique,charming and welcoming. The swimming pool and the hot tub were so inviting. We definitely stay again. I feel so bad because we were enjoying the house with our grandchildren that we went to visit and didn’t take any pictures. Maybe next time

Perfect location and great home

Literally across from Tech! Gorgeous pool in a well-treed yard. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Pool table was a great bonus! Thank you for a great visit!!

We love this home. It’s very comfortable and clean. We come each year for my birthday and to relax with friends and family. The pool is beautiful and we love that we can bring our furry family member also.

Perfect Location for the Red Raider Fan!

This property is perfect location for all things Texas Tech. It was clean, roomy and the pool was great for the hot spring day.

Excellent location

Our family gathered for a funeral. We are all from out of town and wanted a place we could all be together. This is a beautiful, spacious property with ample room for a crowd of varying ages. The entire family loved it. Definitely recommend staying here.

Oasis on 19th in Lubbock

It's an older property but has many updates and is charming. We had a hiccup or two, but the owner was very very responsive in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable.

Home away from Home

This home is truly a home away from home! The location is great! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The property owner was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay her again! Our whole family loved staying here. Everything was lovely!

Room for improvement

The house itself is a older home that has been remodeled with nice upgrades. The listing advertises a pool and Hot tub however when we arrived the Hot tub was ice cold. To my amazement in order to have the Hot tub HOT we had to pay an up charge of 150. Not something I would’ve ever imagined but happened! A Hot tub may just be cold:/

Best LBK experience yet!

We loved everything about this home and the owner. House is amazing, updated yet still original charm. Plenty of room, anything you could possibly need, and very fun! We loved it and plan on renting from Jana anytime we are in town.

Great house close to campus

Great experience. Had a little plumbing issue that was resolved quickly. Great communication with owner. Perfect for a weekend trip to game or other campus activities.
