Great property. Enjoyed our week with our two adult daughters. Close to beach. And central to kiawah’s night heron park, sanctuary and tennis Center.

The accommodations were excellent. We have been to Kiawah many times (previous owner) and this stay was one of the best. Very well furnished!!!!!! Will visit again when we can get away.

Great beds! Central location, easy walk to beach and The Nest. Nicely decorated. Clean. Kitchen sufficiently stocked. Could’ve used more toilet paper and paper towels, not even a full roll provided.

We love Kiawah!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was it was way over decorated and it made the house feel crowded. Kitchen table is unnecessary and blocks washer/dryer. Otherwise we loved it.

Great location

We’ve been to Kiawah dozens of times. Well-stocked kitchen in a perfect location. Maybe look to reinstall dishwasher as the kickplate was loose, making it difficult to close.

We only rent from ESPM

Well stocked kitchen, home extremely clean and as described. Would rent this again. It was warm and inviting. ESPM staff is SUPER responsive. Love working with the ESPM team.

Very pretty and comfortable cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here several days with our two Golden Retrievers and our Cavalier King Charles. The beds were comfortable, tv room nice, and the location is great — especially if you are traveling with dogs. Night Heron Park is right around the corner so we could easily set out to walk our dogs and the convenience of being able to pick up food items from The Nest was perfect. The actual cottage is in a cul-de-sac and the area was nice and quiet.

Perfect cottage on Kiawah for family vacation

The recently updated cottage was beautiful ! The beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t believe all of the kitchen supplies available to us. Choice of Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Pots and pans galore. The unit was very clean and very nice televisions in each room. In four days we played golf, bicycled, went to the beach, out for dinner and went swimming.

Location was great! The house was clean and updated with lovely decor. Kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you need to cook. I would suggest adding cutting board and some sort of glass storage containers. This rental is missing a grill which is HUGE for being at the beach. Other houses had them so it must not be an HOA violation. Another suggestion would be an outdoor shower and hooks for hanging beach towels to dry. There is not a place to dry beach towels and you will get notified quickly if you leave them to dry on the porch railing.

Great beach house in quiet section

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house and a great location on Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the large spacious kitchen and dining area. The outdoor porch was very nice, but had some stains on the chair cushions. Overall a great property though there are a few issues that we found. There's black mold on the vent in the Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the ceiling fans did not work in the living room. We did not bring this up to anyone but I'm sure that they would have addressed it if I did.

We have let maintenance know to fix ceiling fan in the living room and we have already cleaned up the mildew on the bathroom vents, common problem in bathrooms since its so humid in there! We hope you come back soon!

Perfect Kiawah Vacation!

It was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed and the screened porch was a favorite spot for our morning coffee. This location is very close to beach access at Boardwalk 18 by either bike or walking and there’s a parking lot across from access if you need to drive. Property was across the street from Night Heron Park, The Nest Cafe and the pool area. Highly recommend! Thank you ESPM for excellent communication and follow up before, during and after our stay!

Lovely Condo, Great Location

We had a lovely visit and enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Our visit was at the end of the season (Labor Day) and I felt like the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (baking sheet, cutting board, big serving bowl). Mattresses were not the most comfortable but not a game changer for us. I would recommend to others.

Kiawah 2022

We have been coming to Kiawah for over 25 years. We have stayed at many places. This home was clean , beautiful and everywas new! Close to the beach and The Sanctuary hotel 5 stars!

ENJOYED ANOTHER VISIT TO KIAWAH ISLAND

Appreciated how clean the property was and how close to the beach. ONLY disappointment was a dog barking next door. Other than that a beautiful quiet neighborhood.
