Very nice direct views of ocean and surprisingly spacious for a two bedroom unit. We very much enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider this unit if/when we visit Kiawah Island again.

Beach access easy and views uninstructed. Furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise no issues.

Pros: The private balcony, top-floor location, and beautiful view continue to make this villa a favorite. Over the years, we have appreciated the improvements that have been made, including updated furniture and the new flooring installed within the last year.Cons: Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The guest bedroom shower was not working, several lights needed attention, and one cabinet door was hanging from its hinge. The plastic shower curtains were stained, and the towels and linens were not as soft or comfortable as expected. The living and dining room rugs were covered in animal hair, which negatively affected the overall cleanliness of the unit.The bathrooms are also becoming increasingly difficult to use, particularly for older guests. The tub/shower combinations are challenging to step into and out of safely, and the low toilets and bathroom countertops are not very age-friendly.We have stayed in this villa many times over the years and were disappointed to encounter these maintenance and housekeeping issues. We hope the owner will continue investing in upgrades that enhance both the quality of the stay and the accessibility of the property. More modern, senior-friendly bathroom features would make the villa significantly more comfortable and help reduce physical strain for aging guests.

Family Vacation

Gorgeous view! Love the location near Night Heron Park and the beach! We had the best Thanksgiving week, and we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner while we were there.

Beach Getaway

Great accomodations - very close to water. Good views and sound of surf from deck. Overall we will stay here again soon.

Excellent property with great view. Only suggestions are installing grab bars in the shower/tubs as well as no no skid mats to prevent falls in the elderly and help with transfer.

Fabulous week

The beach is minutes away and wonderful at any time of day. The property is well appointed, comfortably laid out and has incredible views.

Perfect

The property was just as advertised. Comfortable, well stocked, easy beach access and an unbelievable view. The property managers responded to my inquiries timely. I would definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing

Very nice property. Had all you needed and more! Very relaxing listening to the crashing waves on back porch which was covered too! I would stay again. Was thankful they had an elevator too

Beautiful View & Excellent Beach Access

Very good rental experience with amazing potential. Spacious for a 2BR, good layout and of course excellent views and beach access. Downsides are limited to dated and worn finishes and a few light bulbs that were out, a door that wouldn’t latch. Minor stuff.

Needs updated. Mattress on beds terrible. Bathroom showers really need updated. Some mold present. Outdoor lights on property out making diff to see entering condo at Night. Garbage left outside of neighboring condo entire stay. Great view and location. Should be rated. Good not excellent

Nice view, a bit dated

Location and view were excellent. The condo itself was dated. The blinds did not work/ were dirty and some of the paint was poorly done in the master bedroom. The blinds on the master did not work at all. Likewise, the television packages were absolutely barren in watchable shows. You’d expect that for how much the owners make off of it, they’d do a little tender love and care on the place to keep it modest. I mean just throw 3-4k a year into maintenance. Overall would stay again, but price needs to be lowered, or repairs done. You’re really paying for the location and view.

Wonderful Views!

This lovely beach front condo provided everything advertised in the listing. The views are spectacular and the location very convenient to everything the island has to offer. The unit was very nice and well equipped.
