we throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa! Screened in porch was a delight and we spent most of our time out there including our meals. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the villa handled our toddler granddaughter just right. We did bring a child gate for the stairs. Would definitely return!

Villa was great! We've been coming to Kiawah for 20 years and was a homeowner on the island for 11 years. We really enjoyed the location - proximity to beach, Night Heron and Sanctuary. Villa was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our visit.

Location was great. Condo had everything we needed and more. We loved being on the lagoon and the home is centrally located to all the restaurants. Also, we fished off the dock everyday. No fish caught, but it is February. The beds were comfy and clean. We really enjoyed coffee on the porches each day.

The property was clean; the kitchen was updated with good appliances and a very good washing machine and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the television was excellent. The sitting arrangement was very good. The screen porch was nice. The location was good. Overall great experience!
