BEACHFRONT COTTAGE is an adorable and original island beach house in every way; great for family and friends. 5 Eugenia is a beautiful,cozy and comfortable place to be. Wake up to gorgeous sunshine, ocean breezes and an amazing view. Our deck in the dunes is an ideal place for morning coffee or evening beverages.The most beautiful beach on the SE coast! Come enjoy a relaxing and restful private beach spot!

This one story house has a two-level deck that faces the ocean with teak lounge chairs and teak outdoor dining table with an umbrella. There is a deck near the ocean on your own private walkway through the dune field. This spot will easily become your favorite! This beach house has very attractive furniture that is comfortable, cozy and pretty. There are four bedrooms with two primary suites. This property has 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The neqly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and even has all new appliances including a aonic ice machine and wine cooler! The dining room table seats eight to ten and is Italian inlaid marble. There are two large new sofas and a coffee table in the living room.

Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Your dogs are welcome, they must be house trained and well behaved. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Kiawah Island does enforce a leash law. Don't forget the shopping and restaurants like Anson in downtown Charleston. Come enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay at Kiawah!.

Great vacation home

We absolutely love coming back year after year to this amazing house in Kiawah. The renovations are fantastic and the location of the house can’t be beat. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Lovely home in Kiawah!

We loved our time in this beautiful, well-appointed home and hope to return soon. The proximity to the beach could not be better. The owner was incredbily hospitable and welcoming. Wonderful experience and stay!

Fantastic location

Kiawah Island is one of our favorite places in the world. This location is terrific. The house was warm and cozy. It also had easy access (no stairs)! Big benefit.

Skelton Family Beach Week

It was a great week. The house was beautiful and we loved the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was awesome. It had updated appliances and lovely dishes and flatware. We especially enjoyed the ice maker and wine fridge. Staying right on the beach is so convenient. We didn’t miss a sunrise and our grandchildren loved running back and forth. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful “cottage” on the ocean

We had a great time at this cottage on the beach. Large enough for everyone to have space. We really liked the antique furnishings. Steps away from the beach. It was furnished with everything we needed.

Perfect family friendly beach house

This property is ideal for a family getaway with easy beach access and they allow DOGS! The manager was responsive to all needs, which weren't many as every possible need was anticipated and met. The beach chairs, toys, etc. were in excellent condition and plentiful. Will definitely be returning to this great house.

Wonderful dog-friendly house on the beach!

My family, including furry friends, really enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage on the beach. The fence around the deck was perfect for the dogs and us to enjoy the beach views and be safe. The house was very comfortable and had every amenity we could have asked for including lots of towels and beach items. This house felt like a comfy home! We had a wonderful time!

Awesome property

This place is charming. A cottage feel with all the comforts. The kitchen is well-equipped- one of the best vrbo rentals I’ve stayed in. You hear the ocean and feel the breeze on the decks. Karen is really responsive to inquiries before and during our stay. This is the first place I’d go to if we return to Kiawah.

Spectacular

This property was so beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was newly refinished and gorgeous. From the bed and bath linens to the furnishings and cozy feel, this cottage home was wonderful. The setting was breathtaking and the welcome flowers and note instantly made us feel comfortable, welcome, and at home. Definitely hope to stay again!

Throwback Beach Vacation

What a wonderful stay at the beach. It reminded me of years ago. Very laid back, no pressure atmosphere, and yet every present day amenity was available. The home was tastefully furnished to remind you of a beautiful 1950s style beach house. We didn't want to leave, and would come back in minute.

Cozy Beach House.

This was our second year at this house. We love it because it is an original cottage, cozy, and right on the beach. Also because it is pet friendly. The house and kitchen are well-equipped with everything we needed. Karen is just a phone call away if you need something. We look forward to returning again!

A Charming Beach Oasis

I believe it’s one of the original beach homes on the island - vintage style, very well maintained/updated, beautiful, and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds and furnishings were comfortable. The private beach access with the sunset deck was awesome! We used it almost every evening. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and pleasant. The owner/manager was easily accessible via VRBO messaging for any questions we had during our stay. We all very much look forward to returning to this lovely home in the future.

Private setting directly on the beach!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at 5 Eugenia. The home was truly a "beach" cottage located in the dunes and perfect for our privacy and also great for our golden retrievers. They really enjoyed the multi-level deck in the evenings! We would definitely come back. Such a perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday! Our thanks to Property Manager Karen, who promptly assisted us with any questions we had about the property...
