My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Stu's unit. It was clean and updated, and Stu was an amazing communicator. Can't say enough good things about him. Great location for pools, gym, pickleball, playground, tennis, and aquatic center.

Host was very helpful. There wwas a Geaco portable crib for those with infants and a big wagon for getting to the beach. We had a family of 7 and it was very comfortable. Well located to all the amenities. Just great.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony! Stu was an amazing host and answered all of our questions. The pools and beach were so convenient. We will definitely be back!

Lovely spot

Great place with lovely location. For little kids it is within walking distance of multiple playgrounds and pools plus a splash pad

Loved this place. Great location close to fitness center, pools and playgrounds. Townhouse is located on dead end which was awesome for our 2 year old grandson who could ride his bike safely. Owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone but especially if you have kids!

Wonderful stay at sea colony

The rental unit was clean and everything the listing said it was going to be. Communication with owner was great. We were able to check in super early which was a big help with two small kids. The property was really close to the fitness center with pools and the splash pad. The tram stop is really close too. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.

What you see is the real thing!

The property was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 1 6mo old baby. It was both nice and comfortable. Plenty of room. Location was perfect for the fitness center and indoor pool. We would definitely rent this home again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and superbly clean. We had our card club group of 5 women and we hadplenty of room.

Family friendly, very clean and updated!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Sea Colony- it couldn't be more ideal for families with young kids with the playground, pools, splash pad, and shuttle to the beach. It was one of the cleanest rental properties I have ever stayed in and the owners were friendly and helpful. The home has been well cared for and kept up to date. Highly recommend!

Good stay

Owner very accessible. Rental spacious and very clean. We met the lady who does the cleaning. She was extremely helpful with an issue not related to the property.

Excellence at Sea Colony

Easily the nicest stay we have had at Sea Colony. Communication with the owner was excellent! This house is well equipped and convenient to fitness center, tennis center and tram stop. Great to have a garage to store beach items! Quiet dead end street for kids to play and ride bikes. Hightly recommend!

A Surprise from the Other Side

We usually stay Oceanside at Sea Colony, but decided to try the “other side”. We were so happy we did. The townhouse was spacious and clean. Lots of room to spread out. The outdoor spaces are lovely. Balcony off master, a beautiful sun room and front patio where we enjoyed breakfast. Close to the fitness center and the new pool and 25 oerson hot tub. The tram runs frequently, so no trouble getting to the beach. Lots of things to do if you want. We tried pickle ball for the first time. All around wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, had a very nice stay!

Rental process was easy, and owner is always available if you need to get ahold of him and response time was fast for any questions that I had.

What a beautiful place to spend a week in the Sea Colony community! We had a group of seven adults and had plenty of space to work, cook, eat, and have fun. Thanks to the host for his attentiveness and communication - I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We loved this place!

What a joy to stay in this lovely townhouse! From the moment we walked in, we saw how clean, neat, and comfortable everything was. We all felt relaxed almost immediately—- a great way to begin a vacation! And it just kept getting better throughout the week—- reading on the lovely patio, taking the occasional nap on a comfy bed, and playing board games on the dining area table with our grand kids! Thank you, Stu! You and Susan have created a very warm and charming townhouse! We hope to be lucky enough come back sometime!
