Great place in a great spot. Amenities galore. Everything you could possibly need is there waiting for you. My wife and I were very impressed and I really enjoyed our stay.

Place was amazing and looks just like the pictures. We will stay here again next time we are in town. Beds were very comfortable and beach gear and bikes were very useful. Great location!

Place is the perfect spot if you want to be close to the beach. Includes everything you need, beach chairs surfboards. Super nice unit with nice appliances super clean would definetly stay here again. Cool outside showers. We loved it, want to stay longer next time.

Great location, easy parking, and check in instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and amenities. There is plenty of beach gear and surf equipment. We had a couple questions and the hosts got back to us immediately and issues were resolved quickly.

Please read if you’re trying to decide between properties and need some help tipping the scale … LOVED and I mean LOVED this place. My boyfriend and I decided at 10pm on Saturday that we were going to leave at 4am and drive 10 hours to the beach for an emergency “get away from the cold busy city so don’t we strangle each other and quit our jobs” kind of trip. So after the longest 10 hours of my life we finally get to SC and the check in is as seamless as possible. We got the code hours before and parked, fought abt who was carrying more, and went right in. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING a person would need. It got to the point that we thought we should pull up a surfing “how to” video just to take advantage of everything the hosts have on property. There isn’t anything other than your own food that the hosts don’t provide. The hosts respond literally asap and we’re so kind and helpful even though I’m sure they were terrified at the idea of us using the grill after I asked where the propane was (it’s a gas grill). I texted at 11pm the night before we were supposed to check out to ask if we can book one more night and by 5am we had a response saying absolutely and were able to stay a whole day longer than anticipated...which was awesome. Anyway the property is beautiful, the bed is beyond comfortable, view is great, the hosts aren’t breathing down your neck and as two seasoned travelers this was one of our FAVORITE properties we’ve stayed at.

I got this rental for a birthday weekend and was coming from far away with other plans in the first have of the day. I needed to store my birthday cake somewhere until dinner, so I asked the hosts beforehand if my sister could drop off the cake before check-in, and they were really great about it! The condo itself was super cute! Clean, open, accurate to the listing description. Pretty easily accessible (there are some stairs to climb from the available parking space, but I think you can drive around to the other side to access the front door without the stairs). The TV was easy to figure out — it was already logged in to Disney Plus. And the shower was so nice. Loved it! Would return again:)

Ocean View - Perfect Family Friendly!

Our family of 4 adored this property so close to the beach and pier and near all the amenities. We had the fortunate experience of staying during the annual festival and were close to everything! Perfect beach getaway

Best stay in San Clemente

Just a short walk and you are right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, with outdoor showers, beach equipment, they even have shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Everything was so clean and in great condition. We will be back, thanks for a great stay!

Beach Bliss

We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Wife's birthday stay
