Need some space? Enjoy the two downstairs bedrooms, lower level lounge area, and a shared full bathroom. Get outside on one of the two decks and grill out, relax in the oversized furniture and soak in the gorgeous views and Colorado air. Just outside your door, pick up the walking path to the Steamboat Ski Area or walk just 25 steps over to the community pool (open seasonally), hot tubs, fitness center, and group fire pit. For an added amenity, enjoy central air conditioning on the top two levels all summer long!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, Queen bedroom on lower level, and two Twin beds in the Twin bedroom on lower level. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Parking: There is room for one car (medium SUV or smaller) in the heated garage, one in the driveway & a limited overflow parking area. Parking passes must be used in overflow lot.
