Enjoy our beautiful condo centrally located between the ski mountain and downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado! Our spacious floor plan is a great space for families or friends. The two master suites with king beds, guest bedroom with queen bed, plus a loft with two queen beds.

The downstairs master bedroom has a private balcony with stunning views of Yampa Valley, king bed, private bathroom with double sinks and tub shower, walk-in closet, and 32" flatscreen TV. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and gorgeous views of Yampa Valley.

The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed, adjoining bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet. The large loft offers two queen beds.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, plank wood flooring, separate dining area and bar seating around center island. A gas stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, 50" flatscreen SmartTV and comfortable seating create a relaxing and enjoyable living area. The deck off the dining area includes a gas grill, seating for four, a closet for ski storage and magnificent views of Yampa Valley.

You will not find another location that offers more convenience for your stay in Steamboat Springs all year round! Walk to soak in one of two covered community hot tubs, fine and casual dining, grocery shopping, gift shops, sports equipment needs, DVD rentals, liquor store, and more. Hop on the free Steamboat city bus only 350 yards from our front door and travel just one mile to the Steamboat Ski Resort or one mile to historic downtown for shopping and dining. Across the street enjoy a morning jog or leisurely stroll along the beautiful Yampa River Core Trail.

To maximize your vacation time, our condo offers a full size washer/dryer and wireless internet connection.

Great property in a good location

Our favorite VRBO property in Steamboat Springs!!

We have stayed at this property for the last couple of years. Always clean with great assortment of kitchen utensils, and even lots of games for the family. Excellent location, close to shuttle and the mountain. Also very close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable for family vacations. Could not ask for a better host. Excellent communication. 100%. Great Stay!

Everything was great, would stay again! Bus is so convenient to get to hill / downtown and is nice being walking distance from the grocery store. We had a great time in Steamboat.

Nice condo in convenient location

Condo was spacious, clean and check in/out was easy. Owner was prompt with communication. Location was between ski slopes and groceries. Close to restaurants

Great Steamboat Springs Stay

Our group of 4 adults & 3 kids truly enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out great for us. It was very spacious and one of the better stocked condos that we have ever had - easily able to prepare meals for the whole crew. Very clean and a good location for exploring the area - walking distance to grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Perfect!!

We chose this location for our annual family ski trip. My family fell in love with this place! First time we stayed at this property. Perfect! Hard to get a higher rating from my family. Owner was amazing. Easy to reach and helpful. Property is clean and well equipped. Only one set of stairs to enter the condo. Was a breeze to load and unload. Plenty of parking. We will be back next year! Thank you!!

Early January in Steamboat

Great place near to Steamboat village. Spacious for 6 adults and could easily accommodate 8-10. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a short walk. Steakhouse within walking distance. Had the fireplace going every evening. Grocery store nearby. Good value.

Great stay!

My family and I were in town for a wedding over Labor Day weekend and this condo was perfect for our needs! Convenient location and plenty of space for our group. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly which was much appreciated! The place was also very clean and orderly. Overall we’d definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This is our second stay at this condo and everything was great. I love the location close to the grocery stores and quick drive to the resort. I see a lot of people use the public transit to the ski resort, as it's at the entrance to this community. I really enjoyed how well stocked this condo was. I've stayed at may VRBO's and this had everything we needed. We never ran out of paper towels or toliet paper. Thanks again for another great family vacation!

Highly recommend

Well stocked kitchen, games for kids, and lots of room to spread out for two families with kids. Couldn’t have had better weather, easy access to mountain, great week skiing/snowboarding. Comfortable beds, cozy home!

Great family stay in Steamboat

Two families brought our kids to Steamboat for their first trip skiing out west. We loved this place as it was conveniently situated on the shuttle between the town and the mountain. We also loved that the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals at home. I highly recommend this clean and spacious property.

Great location, cozy and comfy!

The property was easy to find and in a great location. It was just a quick walk to the free bus stop to take us into town only a few minutes away. The property was laid out well so we could easily hang out as a group, playing games, eating a meal, etc. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Overall a great place to spend quality time with friends!

Perfect spot

The place was perfect for our stay. With two people running Run Rabbit Run 100, we needed a place larger for our crews and family to stay, while being easy to access downtown and the mountain village. Would definitely stay again.
